The court is issuing an evictionotice within thirty days. I lost my job at Zuma restaruant in downtown Miami due to downsizing of the line cooks. So I am unable to pay first and last month rent on another place to live and cannot payment of any rent until I secure another job. Someone created false checks with our bank’s routing number and account number but put a person’s individual name with erroneous address and duplicated the check numerous time to where it totally wiped out our checking account and put six additional fake checks onto our overdraft protection. This person even changed the name of the bank from Fifth Third to First Bank of Clewiston on the face of the check and no one has caught her. She wrote numerous checks to Publix, Sweetbay, Murphy, Winn Dixie, etc. and has gotten away with this. Meanwhile, you, the concerned citizens, are suffering from what she has done because we have been financially damaged by her actions. We are a dual purpose organization which saves animals from being destroyed because their days have expired and work with some of the animals to teach them to serve the public as a service dog. My name is Teri Im 28 and am a Mom with a 4 year old son. I've been tring to get out of debit for three years now and am down to about 1100 dollers and am woundering if anyone can help. I really hate using credit cards, because of the interest they charge, but that is how I stay with money to live on. Everything else, I pay with a debit card so that I am not getting into debt, but then another doctor bill comes in and another charge gets on the card.

I would just like to get the card paid off, so that I would not have to think about it again for a while. I am not broke yet, and hope not to be. I am just trying to stay ahead of the debts.

The person driving lost control of the casr and broad sided a oak tree.I died three times- once at Peidmont Regional Hospital- they were going let me die and a doctor ordered a medi Vac helicopter wher I passed away again. They brought me back. Again I died at Babtist regional Hospital. I was in coma for six weeks. After that I was in the ICU for two months. The doctors told my family I would be bed ridden the rest of my life if I lived. Through lots of payer, good doctors and months of hard work- I can walk and talk. I am very fourtunate. It has been eight long months. I have depleted all my savings. In fact I am over six hundred thousnd dollars in debit. The bank wants my house, I have been struggling to keep the lights on. Also I am on my thrid month with no hot water.But I am alive and very grateful.I can not work- my doctor wants me take a year off and concentrate on getting my health back.I don't know what to do. I am scared to death I am going to 53 years old and living under a bridge and half crippled. The left side body is shot. I broke my neck in three places and shattered my left shouder in in four differant places- broke 12 ribs and punctured both lungs.I was in a coma for six weeks and in ICU for two months. I have never asked anyone for anything.I have having horible bouts with depression.Something I have neve experianced- I have always been active and healthy.I don't know what the future holds for me. I am a single female living in my own home, I bought my home last year. While waiting to move into my home I was in a car accident, which I had to pay for out of my pocket, this was what started putting me into debit. I then had a home inspector come in and I had to get my roof fixed, it was leaking. I have tried to get loans through banks but since I put my car repairs and my roof repairs onto my credit card, I have had trouble keeping up, I could not pay off my credit card. My bills are spiraling out of control and I am having trouble getting a handle on it. I had a room mate move in but it is still not helping.

I am 24 and im in debt. I realize every person in debt has occurred their debt from some unwise choice or from many. I dont claim to be perfect but i am trying.

Back in 2007 my credit card debt was : $0.00. i didnt believe in keeping a balance on credit cards and never have like the idea. I had a great credit score as well. I had a few student loans from classes i was taking.

Throughout my life ive always had 1-3 jobs when possible or been in school.

Things changed when i made the decision to get married at 20. I got married to a man who was decietful and didnt treat me very well. He didnt work, played nintendo all day while i worked, went to school, and paid for both our tuitions ( which he attended none of his classes). I divorced him 8 months later when he refused to change and i had found out he had been cheating on me and was addicted to pornography. About a year after my divorce i found out that a credit card that was in both our names which he had claimed he had paid off and cancelled after our divorce was still open and showing on my credit report. He had taken my money i gave him for the credit card, paid it off and was about to close it when the bank USAA informed him that if he closed the card he would not qualify for another. He ended up paying it to no balance but not closing it ( so my name was unknowingly by me still on it) he throughout the next year racked up over $10,000 in debt, then filed bankruptcy leaving the debt completely in my name when i had not spent a penny to incur it.

2 years later, i met a man, who seemed to be handsome, rich, and treated me much better than my husband did. we dated for a few months before i started to notice he acted differently from day to day. After about 7 months of dating one day an officer showed up to my home asking for him. I found out that day that my boyfriend had been dealing and using heroin, he was arrested at my place the day after valentines day... the kicker... he was taking my debit and credit cards from my purse, figured out my easy to guess pin and was withdrawing hundreds of dollars from my accounts to pay for his habit. over the span of a few months he had racked my card up $5500. I called the bank to report this and they said since he had my pin there was nothing they could do. ( i still don't understand how that's right) later this same man promised to pay me back everything and signed a notarized document saying so. its been a year since then and i haven't received a dime and only excuses from him. On top of that im trying to live, go to an expensive school to finally get a degree and feel like im drowning in debt. all of which i had no luxury in enjoying any benefit from.

In in the process of trying to find a lawyer i probably wont be able to afford to somehow rectify this. And if i do win, neither of these scoundrels will have a job or anything i can sue them for.

I understand i should have been more smart about who i trust and date. i feel very naive and stupid and i know now i have to be wary of who i trust. I just want a clean slate and some sort of LIGHT at the end of my tunnel to work towards. Im against a wall and asking for help. I HATE to beg. Any donation... no matter how small would help.

What i will say is this. I am a 28 year old male that lives in Texas. I am a hard working man that is taking care of his sister and her baby, my 4 year old nephew. Up until the past couple weeks i have held a decent job, but was unable to save any money. With the rising gas prices, a minimum round trip of 90 miles a day and food for 4, the 1400 a month i made at my job was just barely enough to keep up. The 4th person was my brother, he recently volunteered to move in with a friend of his to help out. My sister and I do not have this luxury. So the 2 of us are about to starve/become homeless, if something doesn't go our way soon. The reason for the dilemma is 2 weeks ago (April 15th) I lost my job. I have 2 pay checks to survive on until i find a job, which rent($550) is due on the 1st and the utility bill($150) is overdue. I we have a total of $730 with no source of income, family members are in tight situations, the job market for our skills is seemingly filled and we don't know where to turn. We live 10 miles from the closest city we both only have about an 1/8 of a tank of gas, neither of us have car insurance anymore as they have lapsed, and only my sister has a phone now (paygo phone with 3$ left on it *3 days of use max*). I don't know where to turn. I normally have a few months of living cost saved up but with such a small paycheck supporting 4 people i was unable to do so.

I'm not even asking for money exactly, and even though it would be GREAT, a job would be BETTER! I'm willing to do anything! NO SHAME! If any of you have anything you need done online I might be able to do it! If you live near or in the east side of Dallas(we live outside of the metro area by about 30 miles)I'm willing to keep your yard up, wash your car, pick up trash, clean horse stalls, build a deck, build cabinets, dance around to humor and entertain... It really doesn't matter to me at all what it could be. But if not, money is the next best thing. FOOD!!! Food would be a HUGE help! Heck, I would work for food! (Unlike those people you see at intersections).

If you are able to help us at all with anything it would be greatly appreciated! The things we need are Food, Rent, utilities, gas, phone and internet too as it would aid in job seeking. Neither of us have outstanding debit or owe anyone money. We have lived by the saying "Live by your means, not your wants." which is probably the most important pieces of advice i have ever received while growing up.

We live 10 miles from the closest city we both only have about an 1/8 of a tank of gas, neither of us have car insurance anymore as they have lapsed, and only my sister has a phone now (paygo phone with 3$ left on it *3 days of use max*). I don't know where to turn. I normally have a few months of living cost saved up but with such a small paycheck supporting 4 people i was unable to do so.

I'm not even asking for money exactly, and even though it would be GREAT, a job would be BETTER! I'm willing to do anything! NO SHAME! If any of you have anything you need done online I might be able to do it! If you live near or in the east side of Dallas(we live outside of the metro area by about 30 miles)I'm willing to keep your yard up, wash your car, pick up trash, clean horse stalls, build a deck, build cabinets, dance around to humor and entertain... It really doesn't matter to me at all what it could be. But if not, money is the next best thing. FOOD!!! Food would be a HUGE help! Heck, I would work for food! (Unlike those people you see at intersections).

If you are able to help us at all with anything it would be greatly appreciated! The things we need are Food, Rent, utilities, gas, phone and internet too as it would aid in job seeking. Neither of us have outstanding debit or owe anyone money. We have lived by the saying "Live by your means, not your wants." which is probably the most important pieces of advice i have ever received while growing up.

Hello, my name is Jon. I really don't know what to say. I would love to give you my whole life story, but i feel it would be a waste. I could give you my recent happenings, but you would need to know the story before hand to fully appreciate my situation now.

What i will say is this. I am a 28 year old male that lives in Texas. I am a hard working man that is taking care of his sister and her baby, my 4 year old nephew. Up until the past couple weeks i have held a decent job, but was unable to save any money. With the rising gas prices, a minimum round trip of 90 miles a day and food for 4, the 1400 a month i made at my job was just barely enough to keep up. The 4th person was my brother, he recently volunteered to move in with a friend of his to help out. My sister and I do not have this luxury. So the 2 of us are about to starve/become homeless, if something doesn't go our way soon. The reason for the dilemma is 2 weeks ago (April 15th) I lost my job. I have 2 pay checks to survive on until i find a job, which rent($550) is due on the 1st and the utility bill($150) is overdue. I we have a total of $730 with no source of income, family members are in tight situations, the job market for our skills is seemingly filled and we don't know where to turn.
