PLEASE HELP ME IM BEGGING ANY AND EVERYONE I HAVE RECENTLY 2YRS AGO FOUND MY CHILDREN AFTER A LONG NASTY DRAWN OUT DIVORCE, WHEN MY EX HUSBAND DECIDED TO RELOCATE 513 MILES AWAY AND HIDE MY 10 AND 11YR OLD SONS FROM ME. AN ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL IN CORPUS CHRISTI TX,GOD BLESS HER!!! MADE A CALL TO A BUDDY WHO WORKED FOR WORLD WIDE CHILDREN MISSING SEARCH, AND LOCATED MY BABIES. WHEN I FOUND THEM, THEY BOTH CRIED THEIR SOULS OUT, BECAUSE THEIR FATHER TOLD THEM I WAS DEAD. MY CHILDREN NOT ONLY WENT THROUGH THINKING I WAS DEAD, BUT NOW GOING THROUGH HAVING TO HEAR THERE FATHER,MAKE THEM GET ON THE PHONE AND MAKE ME SEND WHAT EVER LITTLE MONEY I SAVE, MAKING THEM TELL ME DAD SAYS HE NEEDS IT, MAKING THEM SAY "MOM PLEASE SEND IT OR DAD IS GOING TO TAKE US AGAIN MOMMY" PLEASE, IF YOUR OUT THERE PLEASE HELP ME GET THE MONEY I NEED TO GET MY CHILDREN LEGALLY, IM BEGGING YOU, I RECENTLY MADE THE MISTAKE OF HAVING CPS GO AND SPEAK TO MY BOYS AT SCHOOL ANONYMOUSLY , MY BOYS WERE TERRIFIED THERE FATHER WOULD FIND OUT IF THEY REPEAT THE MENTAL ABUSE THEY GO THROUGH.EVER SINCE CPS HAS COME IN, MY CHILDREN ARE FORBIDDED TO SPEAK WITH ME. I CANT DO THIS AGAIN I CANT TAKE HEARING THEM BEG AND CRY ANYMORE, OR CALLING ME FROM STRANGERS AND FRIENDS PHONES TELLING ME "MOMMY I LOVE YOU, PLEASE HURRY AND GET US, IF DAD HIDES US AGAIN WE WILL CALL YOU ,IF YOU DONT KNOW THE NUMBER ITS US MOM".I CANT FAIL THEM AS A MOTHER, I BEG YOU PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!! Recently, I was arrested on hearsay for a DV charge. The charge was dropped because it was untrue & unjust. I was the one assaulted; the judge concurred. Unfortunately, the altercation occurred at 3am on a Friday morning, on MLK weekend, and so what should've been a 12-hour stay, turned into 5 days. In the interim, my 4-year old daughter was kidnapped by CPS, simply because we have no family there--not for any other reason.
Upon my release, I discover that my daughter's already been handed to a foster home & that a hearing had been set for that morning; no one had even bothered to TRY to contact me about it. In my haste, I rushed to the courthouse next door, oblivious of a marijuana pipe I had in my possession (it may sound cliche, but it wasn't mine; I don't even smoke). I didn't get arrested for having it, but this is where the real problem began.
To make a long story short, I pled guilty ONLY to hurry & get my daughter out of a stranger's house & agreed to have her placed with her VERY part-time father who'd only seen her on average 10 days a year since birth (his choice).
Since then, he's attempted to cut me off from her--denying calls & visits. I obtained an attorney, so thus far I've been allotted ONE day per week for 4 hours to see the child I've raised alone since birth!
Additionally, I've worked for her father for 5 years--he's snatched that from me as well. He went on to choose a facility that costs $180 per visit! So, I have no income now, no employment & I have to drive 7 hours to get there. Friends and family have run out of resources to assist me. I still owe the attorney over $1,000 & until visitation is adjusted I'll have to keep paying this ridiculous amount.
I am not your typical stereotype of this sort of matter. I'm college-educated. So are my parents. I grew up middle-class. This is so unfair to me & my child. I've seen her cry before over an injury or hurt feelings, but never before over a broken heart. I MUST make these visits. If you can and are interested in helping, please click the link below:

Hie my name is Robert i never did this before so here i go. Im a soldier in the united states military,I served for three years in the army and sence i been in all i delt with was people screwing me over. Im still in the army but after my wife left me my finances had takin a big hit. I need help to get my car back so i can get to work and do what i need to do so i can better serve my country. i bought a car from a dealer were i live. For 60 days it drove fine no problems at all. But out of nowhere i needed a cps change and oil change. After getting the oil change my car wasn't working properly anymore. i had gotten it towed to a certified mechanic and they told me the people i took the car to put the wrong oil in the vehicle destroying everything. Engine, hoses, gaskets, clamps, everything. it needed a whole new rebuild. after wards i was slapped with a 6800 dollar bill. I tried paying it down but something always come up where i couldn't. I need help. I took the shop that put the wrong oil in my car to court even with the evadence, but the judge ruled against me, all because i didnt have anybody come and testify on my behalf. is this really what i get for being a soldier. if there is anybody please help me.I looked for a long time for help but can't seem to find any. And i thank you in advance.

Please help my friend raise the money he needs to get his daughter back. His daughter is only 3 years old but when she was only 2 she opened up about her great-grandpa sexually abusing her. Between cps and the court system his daughter is living at the same house as her accused preditor, her mother who has failed many drug test and her uncle who has been diagnosed with mental illnesses. He loves his baby girl so much and he just wants her to be safe. He needs her and she needs him. This is a time in a babys life where it is very important to be around people that love her and want to take care of her. We have got to get her out of the situation she is in and bring her home safe to her daddy! Do this for Bri-Bri!

I am a single mother of 6 children. No sympothy needed just help.My children are 8,8,4,2,1, 3weeks. 2 months ago my mother called CPS on me because she feels that at 27 I am unfit to take care of six kids. I do work full time but I just had a baby and i am out on maternity leave. i receive 200 dollars every two weeks but my rent is 600 dollars an eviction will have my children taken from. i love all of my kids and I am not just some girl having kids sitting at home on well fare. I work hard for my family and I am asking that u dont judge me and help. if not with money resources numbers to call

I am an Ovarian cancer patient. I was one class away from a business degree and was diagnosed with cancer, after several surgeries I am on disability- my family needs me and I can"t help. My grandbabies are being abused and neglected in their present home,even CPS won"t assist them! my son lost custody of his babies, he was ordered an extravagant amount of child support to pay and cant afford to hire an attorney to try to get the decision reversed. He needs $750.00 down payment to hire another lawyer to try to get them back-ASAP. Any help would be appreciated....Time is of the essense- please help me bring the boys back to a safe home.

I can not believe I'm going down this route... but at least if this doesn't pan out, I can at least said that I've done EVERYTHING in my power.

First of all, I'm a 30 y/o single mother of 4, I work a full time job as well as a part time job on the weekends to support myself and my kids. My husband of 14 years (high school sweethearts) left 6 months ago when I had a family member of his arrested for cleaning out our bank account and leaving it with a huge negative balance. That caused tension because she was the princess.. she was pregnant and on drugs at the time and CPS took her baby and put her in jail.. The bank never recovered the funds because he GAVE her the card and pin to pay for postage at the post office. Little did we know, she had a field day with the card. So, I'm the bad guy apparently.
Since then I've lost our home, I haven't gotten a penny of support from him and he actually quit his job when I took him to court (mommy takes care of him) he refuses to help us or even speak to us or else his family will cut him off.
This is absolute BS.. The child support laws in PA are ridiculous and need to be changed. They aren't even going after him!

So, after the house was foreclosed on, I got a rental for the kids and myself... the bills that didn't get paid from the old house because the account was drained and the checks bounced caught up with me.. I had to either pay the huge electric bill that never got paid before or get my current electric shut off.. So, that put me behind on rent. The landlord took me to court to have me evicted, the judge gave me 10 days to come up with a payment plan, which we did... I paid off what I owed for Sept, Oct and Nov.. the amount on the court papers and thought I was in the clear. I paid for half of December and agreed to catch up in Jan. and then start paying like normal in Feb and then on. Well, I got an eviction noticed taped to my door and it's signed by the judge.. If I don't pay what I owe for Dec. plus late fees and court costs by dec 31st, I have to be out of here by Jan. 4th. That's 8 days from now and I have NO family and nobody to help me. I get a paycheck again on Friday (the 31st) but it will only cover what I owe... If I don't have Jan's rent paid by Jan 2nd, they will evict me again and shut off my water and sewer.. There's no way I'm going to be able to com up with the $965 for Jan's rent by the 2nd.. and I can't find a new place to move to nor will I have the funds to do so.. My children (14, 12, 4 and 18 months) are going to have to live in my car until I can save up enough money to find a new place to rent.

I am BEGGING someone, anyone to please help us. I can prove proof of everything... the police report from the theft, eviction/court documents, whatever you would like to see. I'm not even asking for cash.. a check to the company I rent (American Residential Communities aka ARC) would be more than suffice. I will also make an agreement to pay it back in full by March 15th (should have income tax return by then) and get that notarized so it's all legal and what not. I'm not asking for a handout.. I'm more asking for a loan.. Whatever you can do for me, please.
I do not have paypal because I no longer have a bank account.. plus I'm not asking for cash.. it can be paid directly to the company.
