First of all I am not asking help for myself but for a friend whom Ive never seen but know her through the Internet. She lives in an eastern European country and she is gay. By the time she came out she already was married and had two georgeous and smart kids. I can imagine how confused she must have been and how hard must have been the decision for her to pick up the courage and come out. Of course this meant a divorce and her ex- husband ( pride and ego bruised because wife left him not for another man but a woman ) is fighting custody for the kids - and not always fair. Also to put it bluntly - he has money and she doesent. She and her partner going through a rough patch - age even posted on her blog that they had to make a decision between to eat or pay the solicitor. Of course they choose the solicitor. Her heart is thorn between her love and her children - she is a mother and has to watch how her ex and his new partner poison her children's mind calling her a faggot/ queer infront of them, telling them she is an abomination and that she is not worth to be loved but she needs to be locked up. She would be able to fight for her children despite this but where she lives it is not accepted to be gay ( ohh not openly no ) and the last time the judge actually voiced her opinion that the children have the right to live in a family which consist of a man and a woman.
I would love to help her to get the funds needed but I'm off on sick leave and have problems on my own ( rent arreas, bad debts as sickness came unexpected and don't have any savings ) that's why I'm asking here whoever can help her please do ( through me or straight to her )

I posted a beg online because I need help and so far all i have gotten is two guys offering help(Scams). One wanted my name, address, phone number and wanted to send me checks so i could take out some money for myself and and send the rest to orphanage in Canada. The other took me through a long process of how he could know for sure I needed help. He made me believe he was sincere and genuinely willing to help. at the end of the day all he wanted was my bank account info. He said the only way he helps people is thru chase bank wire transfers and credit cards. When I told him I couldn't get a chase bank account he never contacted me again. If somebody is willing to help you they will donate via PayPal. I have not received any help yet but I hate scammers. I may have just gotten on begslist but to attempt to exploit already down on their luck individuals disgust me and If I am ever contacted by another person attempting to scam me I will make it my personal mission in life to demolish their sorry asses. I sometimes comment on peoples post asking if they want to be a referral for me and make some extra money that way. It is legit and I stand y my word. I work hard to be a self-sufficient single mother. When I lost my job through no fault of my own, I contacted my Mortgage Company and asked them to work with me. They said they would give me a forebearance agreement but after submitting all the requested documents they didn't follow through. In August 2011 they did the robo-signing of my loan that resulted in my house being put into foreclosure. Fortunately at that time they didn't give me a sale date. I was told that since I was getting unemployment I was eligible for a unemployment bridge loan modification program. Again I submitted all the requested documents but my mortgage company once again dragged the process out from Aug. 2011 up until my unemployment benefits ran out on April 7, 2012, I received a notice on April 14, 2012. I received a notice saying that my house is set to be sold on May 29, 2012. I'm in a desperate situation. Both my parents are deceased, my son is an straight A student that will have to go move to another state and stay with his father if I lose our home. The timing for the sale is very bad because I have two job interviews coming up April 30th. I need $20,000 to pay the bank's attorney fees and a years worth of arrearages. If 1,000 kind people could find it in their hearts to each donate $20 my son and I can remain together and continue to enjoy our life in our Old Kentucky Home which was built in 1892.

In February 2011 I lost my job through no fault of my own. I've looked for work, I got some interviews but no job offers. I even applied for jobs far below my skill set without any luck. I had contacted the bank early on and was told they had a loan modification program for the unemployed. I submitted all the documents requested of me but the process dragged on and every 60 - 90 days they would ask for a new Harship Letter, Financial Statements, etc. March 25 I was contacted by phone and told that updated documents were needed for the last time and that they were going to try to get me qualified for the Affordable Home Program, however, I received a notice on April 4, 2012 telling my house is scheduled to be sold May 29, 2012. I need $19,000 to save my home and keep me and my son off the street. It comes at a really bad time because I'm scheduled to test for my licensure as an LCDC on April 27 and have had 2 employers express interest in interviewing if I pass my test. I'm desperate and don't know where else to turn. I've put always every dime I made into improving my house and I become physically ill when I think of someone being able to acquire my beloved home and benefit from all my hard work and sacrifice. Ok, we have ended up here. I am a wife and amother of 2. My husband had to leave his job in 2008 due to physical restraints a surgery put on his back. I had to start taking care of my mom, who was diagnosed with alzheimers. His pay was cut in half from his previous job. I lost my part time job due to being avaliable for my mom. We need $18000.00 to save our home. I have contacted the bank and they want us to sale our home or give it to foreclosure. We are back on track now. I am working two part-time jobs, my husband has moved up in the company. His wages are back to where they were before. We asked to make 2 or 3 payments amonth to recover the arrears, but they say no!So now we have to come up with $18000. Our parents are all gone now. We only have our little family of four. My family and I recently moved to a new town to help out our friends. Well, our so called friends decided to move away so now we are stuck in a small town where we know well, nobody. We have been struggling financially since we married in 2010. Here's a little back story.
I met my wife 3 years ago and we finally got together January of 2010. My mother was kind enough to let us stay with her. Well, February of 2010 we found out she was pregnant. We got married in July of 2010, had our son in October of 2010 and still resided with my mother. I had a job but lost it and then my wife found a job to help with expenses. Come August of 2011, my wife had lost her job due to medical reasons and we were forced to move out. No one would help us, not family, nor friends, until one day a childhood friend contacted me and was in the same situation so we lived at a campsite for the same amount of time helping each other out. They then got the luck to find an apartment to move into and the landlords luckily let us stay. Come November of 2011 the other apartment became available and we were able to move in with help from our state.
Currently we still live in that place but we are stuggling bad. We found out in December we are exspecting another child in August of 2012. We are doing what we can to find work, I am working on starting my own buisness but it is hard with all our funds going for food and gas in the vehicle. We are behind on bills due to this also and finding work is such a struggle. This is a last resort type thing because quite frankly I am not even sure if its legit. I am just that desperate to find someone to help us. Its hard waking up everyday not knowing if we will have enough food or diapers to get us through the week. My wife prays daily and she is starting to lose faith. I just want the best for my family. If you could help that would be a blessing.

Am a 28 year old from Africa with one kid. My huband threw me out of the house simply because he met a younger prettier woman with whom he sired a kid while we were still married/living together. He wants nothing to do with me and our 5 year old son. Now i have moved back home to my mother's house, I have to pay for my son's schooling, buy his food, keep clothes on his back and yet i have no job. I have been looking for a job for the last 4 months to no avail. I have a Bachelor's degree but i have no experience and connections the 2 critical ingredients to getting a job on this side of the world. The only little money i had when i was chased away from my matrimonial house i used it to pay for my son's school fees for the first term of the year and now he's closed school for Easter i have no idea how am going to raise school fees for next term which resumes in a few weeks. Today, I'm not posting a beg for help. I really do not think I will get any. I'm going to post how I feel and how we're doing. Get things off my chest so I can move on with my day because I'm stressed out.

We were contacted by a new company. We are now set up to work and doing work for them. We had people loan us money and time to get things ready so we could work for them. It takes money to make money and so on.

My husband and son drive to this area for the job which is hours away. They were not given enough material for the job, so twice they had to buy material.( thank goodness for the loan) This put them way behind schedule and they could not complete the job yesterday. Now you come to the point of, do you spend $100.00 on gas and hours driving or try and find a cheap place to stay. Well we couldn't afford the place to stay nor the gas (profit margin thing),so they slept in the truck. I didn't sleep well worrying.

Today they get to the place to complete the job and the guard said to them "we really don't allow people to work here on Sunday". He lets them in anyway, they are hopeful that if they wait until noon, they won't get thrown out. Mind you this is construction work and this is a upscale neighborhood with I guess a policy against noise, construction work on Sundays.

I am thankful for the work, I wish it had gone smoother yesterday, yes, we will make a little money if they can complete this job today.

I am going to pray for the little things again today and be thankful for what we have. I have taken to talking to god a lot lately. I'm tired of talking about my problems to friends and family.

Yesterday, I went for the first time to a food pantry located at a Church of God. While there, we all prayed together, mind you, I do not go to church but I do pray and talk to God. Anyway, it was touching. I received my food, careful not to take more than my family needed. I could have taken more, but I knew that with what they gave me I had enough until next week when we will get a small check from my husbands work. I thank them and God for the gift of food and went on my way. Later on in the day my husband was contacted about a job. It won't save my house, but it will help. Maybe, I have asked for to much before in prayer, I posting this because now I feel, ask for less, take less, and be true of heart and maybe you shall receive some of what you need and be thankful for that. As you well know, there is great need and the devastation is overwhelming. There are towns that have literally been wiped off the map and others that have remained closed because they can not get the help they need due to roads that are impassable. By the grace of God my family and I are survivors. My family and I are writing to ask for your generous assistance with getting my family and I life back on track, our life has been turned upside down because of the Tornado that hit the Midwest on Friday.

We've lost everything, the only things we have is the clothes on our backs. I've contacted the United Way, but no help. I called the Red Cross they could only offer food/shelter for the time being. Everywhere I've gone, everybody is telling me there're insufficient funds. They don't have funds. There is nothing they can do.

Whatever amount you are able to donate would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Please find it in your heart to donate.

I am a single mom, with a disabled child. I was hit with a double surprise last month in the loss of 2 of our social security checks. I had intended to pay the past due water bill last month, but this situation threw a monkey wrench into an already precarious situation. According to social security, we lost the checks because my son turned 16. These agencies never pre-warn you, and if they even attempt to notify you, they send multiple conflicting information, which is not clear on what they are doing.
Because the water has been turned off, and the bill finalized, I now have to pay a total of 343 in order to have the service restored. The utilities company contacted my landlord, who has issued a 7 day notice to me because the lease says that I cannot have the utilities turned off for any reason.
I trust God, and I know He will come through for me somehow, because He's never failed me, but I am getting a bit concerned, as I have exhausted all options. God usually moves very strongly when that happens, so when I saw this site, I figured I'd try it, because you never know what direction He will move from.
The local assistance agency says they can see the loss of income that created this emergency, but want me to provide proof of income replacement in order to get the assistance; which I cannot yet do as I am still unemployed and seeking work.
It's amazing to me; the timing of this. After being forced to wait almost an entire year, due to lack of finances; to take my licensing exam and pay for my license to work, I chose to sacrifice a bit on the bill in order to do this, because I cannot work without the license. I did the right thing, and did not break the law in violating that rule, but waited until I could get my license to practice massage therapy. Now, I am facing the loss of our home. Even if I attempt to set up advertising, the arrangement will take more than 7 days to set up the deals and get the clientele in, and I won't get paid until the clientele have redeemed their deals. My license just arrived, and the doctor that was going to hire me, has "changed the direction of his business." So needless to say, my time is limited and I need some immediate help to remedy this situation. I appreciate your time and interest in reading this, and any assistance you can offer. God bless.

My youngest (of 4) daughter Isabella was born in 12/17/2004 with Osteogenesis Imperfecta. OI in short is brittle bone disease and Bella was born with 12 fractures. The doctors gave Isabella 48 hour to live and told me that there was nothing they could do for her. After 12 weeks of fighting for her life and begging the doctors to help her and no success I demanded the doctors to release her and on BLIND FAITH we loaded our 4 children ages 7-12 weeks old and everything that would fit into our 2 trucks and with $4000 we set out from dallas to the tampa shriners hospital for childrens for medical care.
In the first year of Isabellas life she was life flighted 5 times over a 6 month period, spent spent 80% of the year living in ICU, was vented 2x and spent 28 days in a coma.
We quit counting Isabellas fractures at 50 and by the grace of God last december Isabella turned 7. She is currently 20.9 pounds and 29 inches. She is a smart happy well adjusted 1st grader with a sunshine yellow wheelchair and a 1 on 1 para in a regular classroom. She is funny and the glue that binds our family together.
We have been ok with Isabellas medical care for the last 7 years and Shriners is amazing and does the best for her that they can but in this economy we find that they are more reactive than proactive. I have been researching around for state of the art medical care for kids with OI and I have found it in Omaha NE. We have contacted the doctor and have been accepted as a paitent as soon as we can raise the nearly $10,000 we will need to relocate our family to Omaha.
With that said and Isabellas mounting unpaid medical bills we are buried with nothing in savings. We are in search of someone or many someons who would be willing to help us raise the funds to move this amazing child as her dream is to be rodded and stand (a very reall possibility in Omaha)!
We would be willing to accept any reasonable loan offered and would be blessed with any donation (big or small)

8 years ago I went through depression and lost my job. I also lost my home as a result. Over the years I've held down different jobs until I found one that lasted 5 years when they eliminated the department I was in. It has been a year since I held a steady job. I sold for Avon for 2 months when someone hacked into my checking account and stole all the money. I filed a fraud report which froze the account, so I was not able to touch the money. I contacted Avon but they would not listen. They refused to let me return items to them and instead charged me and turned me over to a collection agency. I did find a weekend job but it's contracted so the jobs are scarce. Currently I'm $7,000.00 in debt from 8 years ago as well as the bills I can not pay right now. I have to move in 3 months as my mother is going into assisted living, but no place will take me with such poor credit. I don't want to live on the streets. All I'm asking is for some help to clear my credit and for me to be able to get back out on my own.

I am a 25 yr old single mom with a soon to be 3 yr old and a 14 mth old. I love my mom, I take care of her to the best of my ability and she goes were i go. I make $7.50/hr and 18 hours per week. We stay with relatives but they have told us we have to leave. No exceptions. I have called many shelters and churches, but no help. We have no car, no friends, and no place to go. I became disabled just 2 1/2 years ago. Up until that time, I was a full time teacher in the public schools. I can no longer work full time. Right after becoming disabled and loosing my full time job, I fell behind on my mortgage.

Desperate to save my home, I hired a law firm who promised to get me a home loan modification. Well, a year and 10 months after that, nothing had happened. So, I hired another lawyer in Feb 2011. I just found out last week that he only contacted my bank TWICE in the past 11 moonths. Now my bank says I'm no longer eligible for a home loan modification and that forclosure proceedings would continue.

I have no family and very few social connections because of my disability. Because of the scamming law firms, I have no savings to even put a security deposit on a rental.

My dream, wish, hope is that someone will pay off my bank and let me pay you with interest!

If that never happens, I will soon be in desperate need of help in relocating. I am unable to pack and move myself and know no one who will help. I also need to put a security deposit on a rental

Even after moving, the trouble has just begun. The bank was supposed to modify my payments to be between $400 and $500 a month for my 1000 square foot condo. A rental with comparable space and a place for my pup to poddy starts at $800 a month. Over 50% of my income!

I'm definitely embarrassed to even need to ask for help. I have no other options at this point. Any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated!

I know there are so many people on here, so I have no idea if my beg will even be read. But, I have been in the hospital 2 times since November 19th, for 4-5 days each stay for a massive kidney infection and klebsellia pneumonia in the kidney. My last stay was from Dec. 22nd, to the 26th. (yes, i spent Christmas in the hospital, so my kids opened gifts in my hospital room). Due to the chronic infections, I haven't been able to work. I don't qualify for any financial assistance from the state, and I am behind on my rent. I am in jeopardy of losing my home, because it's a month to month lease. I have a mortgage as well, as i own a modular home. My rent is 230.00 a month, and the mortgage is 258.88, which keeps me at 500.00 a month. I have 3 boys, and they don't deserve to have the worry of losing their home. I am scared and don't know what to do. I have contacted all the community action agencies in my county and surrounding areas. They are all out of funds due to the amount of people out of work. All I know is that I can't loose my lot. If I don't pay my rent, I will be kicked out, and have to move my double wide. That will also cost money I don't have. I am more than willing to give whoever would offer to help me the name, address, and contact information for where I pay my rent. That way the money would go directly to the company, not to me. I will give my email address at the end, and if anyone is able to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Anything is better than what I have now, which is nothing. I also would be more than willing to offer any type of voulenteer services, for legit services if the help comes from someone in my state, Indiana. I don't believe in just getting something for free, I just know I am scared, have a chronic kidney issue, and am willing to do whatever my body will allow me to do if someone can help keep me from losing my home.

Think of metal scrapping, recycle & get paid at scrap yards. Dead batteries can be taken in for money too. Think out of the box - brainstorm and come up with something you can do. It's better than nothing...right?

I started at a four year university this fall, the first in my family to ever do so. I am a highly independent person and don't feel comfortable begging for money, but I don't know what else to do.
I have been blacklisted and unable to find work, meanwhile I'm unable to pay my rent, buy groceries or school supplies, not even basic toiletries; I have been without toothpaste and toilet paper for 3 weeks. I have no friends that can help, they all either have children or are unemployed and unable to spare any money for me. I don't qualify for any county aid because I made too much money earlier this year, so I have zero help for my medical bills that are now surmounting $15K, my car is going to be repossessed, I'm on the verge of eviction and half starving. My parents cannot help me because they are not in much better financial shape than me, I have not grandparents left and no valid cosigner to acquire an extra student loan. All of this while attending college for nursing, taking a 15 credit course load.
My savings are gone, my bank account is -$483.93 and counting, my landlord is evicting me in December if I can't come up with this month's and December's rent by the first of December. I am reusing everything I can, but am at this point only able to allow myself on very small meal per day or I will have NO food in one week. My cat is starving with me, and we have less than one weeks' food supply left and the food shelf here is so limited I'm on a waiting list. I have no cash, my fiancee's family won't help because they hate me and my fiancee is living two hours away from me, barely getting by as well.

I'm crying my eyes out in the school library typing this. It's the most humiliating and pitiful thing I've done in my life so far but I have no idea what else to do. Please help me. I've asked for help everywhere I should be able to find it but this is my last ditch effort. If this doesn't work, I don't know what I'll do. Please, anyone, anywhere, anything, help me. Anything would be greatly appreciated, even a few cents. I know I'm not going to get out of the situation that I'm in by using this site but all I could hope for was a little relief. I quit my great paying job of three years to concentrate on school more closely in June.
Since school started in August I have had the following happen:
A nervous breakdown caused by an imbalance of hormones from ovarian cysts that I had to seek medical attention for and cost me my job in absences.
Got engaged to the love of my life, and we suffered the loss of a child by ectopic pregnancy on September 9. I had to have emergency surgery as the ER dept. here did not figure out that was the problem until I was nearly dying. They had to remove the fetus, 15% of my left fallopian tube and had to perform a D & C of my uterus. All of this without medical insurance.
Finally got a new job at a local bar waiting tables and was promised 4 days per week after a one month training/probationary period. After a month, my shifts didn't go up but I wasn't contacted about my performance until my boss TEXTED me to have a meeting with him, where he fired me for being "too professional" and refused to elaborate, also informed me that he "extended the training period by two weeks" because he "wasn't sure about my performance" and decided since I was still on probation the last two weeks that he didn't have to pay me for it and never filled my tax information so there is no record of me ever working for him, other than whenever I try to get another job in town I am told that I lied about my work history because I didn't include the job on the list because I didn't exist but when I do, they call and he tell them one of two things: either that I never worked for him and I must be lying and delusional or that I didn't "work" for him, I just trained and wasn't a good "fit" so I shouldn't have put the bar for previous work experience. Keep in mind, this is a small town with a State University in it, and my old boss owns nearly 1/3 of the property and is very well known in the area, therefor: I somehow need to overcome his poor reference to get a job which is proving impossible.

Please,please,please,I beg you to hear my plea. I am attending university, in which is not pay for yet. The university has contacted me and stated if I don't have my tuition paid soon, then I will have to leave.
My mother has been disabled for the last 3 years. She is filled with pain pills, and is unable to work.
My father struggles to try to keep a roof over my brother and sister head, while my mother is so pain ridden that she is unable to do anything.
I beg you from the bottom of my heart, to please don't turn a blind eye, and help me reach my goal of attending university and making a better life for me. Hopefully I can help someone else down the road if someone can help me.
I am a full time student, and I have applied everywhere for a job but there is no way I can cover my tuition. Where the world has changed lately, jobs are really hard to obtain. No lack of trying on my behalf, I've and still search for work every day.
My Tuition due was 10,500 plus book costing 11,585.
I worked a little over the summer due to lack of jobs but cleaning people's yards and baby sitting I was able to save 2595.00 so what is due by Nov 14/11 is $8990.00

My husband and I are disabled, have no reliable income and have been denied SSI benefits. While we appeal the decisions from SSA, we have been relying on sporadic work (odd jobs, working online) and help from friends to provide for our basic needs. We were recently homeless for six weeks. A friend was later able to help us with the cost of a residential hotel for a few weeks, but she can no longer help at this point.

Our rent for next week is due in less than 8 hours, and we are $150 short. We have prayed for last-minute work, donations and/or loans, but nothing has come through. We have contacted countless social service organizations; all of them have told us that there is nothing they can do to help us right now.

It is getting very cold in New England, especially at night, and we are terrified of sleeping on the street again, in the cold, with all of our health issues (including chronic pain).

Any help that can be offered to us at this point would be very much appreciated and make a huge difference to us. Please help if you can.

UPDATE: We were able to borrow the bulk of this week's rent and have another week to work on finding a better housing solution; we're extremely grateful. We now have two weeks to repay the loan and need to continue to keep a roof overhead at the same time. Any donations will continue to be extremely helpful and very much appreciated by us.

My family and I are going through a challenging time. In October 2010 our car was repossessed and I began to walk to & from work 6 miles each day. I didn't much mind because whatever you have to do to make a legitimate living you do hands down. Unfortunately I developed high blood pressure. That coupled by a chronic pain condition caused me to resign from my job. I did not qualify for unemployment because i quit even though I explained I had no transportation and the job required field visits which I couldn't make without a car. My husband had been trying to find work for two years after his job literally closed overnight with no notice. In May of this year we figured things were looking up. We've borrowed from family members, sold our dryer, jewelry, handbags , etc to our local pawnsmart. My husband got a job in May only to be laid off in August because a coworker made a costly mistake that cost the company their contract with delta airlines. He went to apply for unemployment and was told he wouldn't qualify until october when dept labor begins to look at the april/may/june quarter. Then we received a notice that since he didn't have that many wages for that quarter he'll have to wait until november and reapply. We don't have a car or any, so each time we need to go to dol we walk the 8 mile trek there and back. We have no family in GA where we live and friends seem to exist when you are not in dire straits. We spoke to our leasing company and said we would be late with our October rent. we've contacted one social service agency at the beginning of the month. My husband was interviewed and approved by the worker who said her boss had to sign off on the paperwork. when my husband checked back week later, he was told do not come back to the office we'll receive an approval or denial in the mail. now we have nothing. We've had to ask our local library for toilet tissue, scrape change for soap which is used for both body, dishes and clothing. we are both college educated, no criminal history, hard working adults. To ask for help is really difficult. Our rent is 550 a month. Iam really scared that at any moment we are going to be evicted. A donation of any amount would be appreciated. I am magestic Monique. I was receiving unemployment and it was depleted and my son's unemployment was depleted and neither one of us could find work. I am being evicted from my apartment with my son. He moved out and left me with all of the bills. He was paying half of the rent.
Also my car insurance is due and I need help with that.

I have been sober 20 years and don't do drugs or drink.

I have many bills and need help to pay them. I am seeking employment and have contacted my family. They can't help. I contacted 100 churches or more and all of the organizations.

I have been checking out websites seeking employment. I had many interviews and haven't found anything.

I have an Associates degree in travel and tourism.

I have a lot of ambition and I'm looking into self employment.
