We are about to lose everything

My fiance and I were both laid off from our jobs in this past year with no luck finding new ones. My mom has been in and out of the hospital all year with seizures and blood clots. In the past two months my car broke down (unrepairable) and my fiancees car was towed. We were unable to come up with enough money to get it out of the tow yard before they auctioned it off (several thousand dollars).
My mom has worked hard her entire life raising three kids on her own. Last year she was diagnosed with epilepsy and can no longer drive. Around this same time she was laid off from her job. Since she was denied state disability her only source of income at the moment is renting out the spare bedrooms in her house. Because of all of this her home is about to be foreclosed on.
On Tuesday this week she went to the hospital for a blood clot in her leg. During a procedure to remove the clot she started bleeding into her stomach. She has been touch and go for days and while the doctors say they are cautiously optomistic she is far from out of the woods yet.
I'm absolutely terrified that even if my mom makes it through all of this she won't have a house to go home to. Let alone be able to buy basic necesseties. I feel helpless and hopeless that I can't do more to help.
She is my everything, and I am begging for you, a kind-hearted stranger, to please do whatever you can to help us. Thank you.

new home

I have never like to ask for money, but I can seem to figure out another way. I will start by telling you a little bit about what is going on. After my husband and I were married his health only allowed him to hold down a job for short periods of time. In 2004, he had to be off for 8 months with carpal tunnel surgery for both hands. Shortly after, he had to have a hernia surgery. In 2007, he had to have neck fusion. The doctors told him that he would be able to return to work in 2 months. The surgery didn't go right and he never recovered properly. It took two years before he evenually got his disablity. In 2009, he began having problems walking. In 2010, he was diagnosed with Gilleon Barre Syndrom. He was temporarily parilized. He spent several months in a wheel chair. He had almost recovered and had learned to walk again when in September 2011, he had a bad 4 wheeler wreck. It broke most of his ribs, both collar bones and both shoulder blades, fractured a bone in his neck, broke bones in his hand and punctured both lungs. He is doing okay now except for the pain that he has to live with. I work part time, because I have to help care for him also. We have over 20 different hospital bills that I have to make payments on each month. We are surviving thanks to God. But we live in a single wide 1976 modile trailer. It has holes all the way through the bottom in the corners of the bedrooms. The walls are rotten and the wiring is bad. There is a short in the outside porch light and one of the lights in the kitchen and the hall light. We have to get another place to live. There is no way we can do it with all of the hospital bills that we have. We are falling further behind every month. We each month. I don't want a huge home, just something that my son won't be ashamed to bring friends home to. Anything you could give would be greatly appreciated. It will take a long time to get as much as I need, but I will keep you posted. Thanks so much for any thing you can do.
Need help to move away from soon-to-be Ex
Posted by LostinDreamin on 2011-12-23 13:58:30
Two years ago my soon-to-be Ex lost his job. Due to the type of job loss he had, the state paid for him to go back to school. During this time, we survived on my income, his unemployment and student loans. Jump forward to now. The 2 years, plus other various reasons, took their toll on our marriage and we have decided to divorce. Problem is.... neither one of us can afford to move out. We've only lived in our home for a brief time and are one of the thousands of home owners who find themselves upside down in their mortage. We have decided to let our home go back to the bank. We have 2 young children we plan to share joint custody of, so any place I move to would need to have 3 bedrooms. I'm trying to save, but with Christmas, bills and recovering from his 2 year job loss, I don't have much saved. We are all currently living in the same house, he for the most part in the basement. To say the situation is uncomfortable is an understatement and I'm worried its starting to effect our children. My credit is shot, we had to file bankruptcy last year, so ideally I'd like to have around 3 months rent plus deposit to help me secure a new place to live, approximately $4000.00. Any and all help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!!
We need help out

Our lease is coming up in april, and neither of us feel like we want to spend a penny more on this tattered apartment, yet we suspicion the rent company is going to try to raise the rent despite the increasing wear on the place. We would really love to rent a place but we need to have security deposits on hand. That will usually come to about $1000 deposit and $300 for our 2 dogs. we're looking for a place about $450-600 per month and 1-2 bedrooms. We would appreciate any help you can give. Things are not getting better for us
Need some Cash Help to Make it Throu

Hi I find my self in hard times and need some cash to get My family back on our feet.
there are 5 of us and only 2 incomes 1 a disability check and the other a Military retirment check. We have fallen behind on our property payments and it is set for forclosure on the 6th of december. The trailor we are living in has a leaky roof and the power on one end shorted out. now we have extetion cords run to that end so there is light in the bedrooms.
If we could get $3,000. we can pay the intrest up to date and the next payment would be due in January. Any money over that we could try to have someone fix the house and buy food.
the youngest person in our home is 8 and still believes in Santa. Will someone please be My Santa and come to oue rescue?
Thanks for looking and God bless you. Needy

Emergency Relief Needed for Family with 2 Disabled Members, granddaughter neds help
Posted by all4Luna on 2011-11-05 19:58:26
My husband was hit by a drunk off-duty EMT. He was thrown over 2 lanes of traffic and landed on a sidewalk. His ankle was broken, he fractured his ribs, he damaged 5 disca in his spine and neck, his intestines were twisted and he suffered an acute double-hernia and had to have surgery. He was out of work a while. His settlement was 10,000 dollars and did not even cover our medical bills and bills from lost work. We have an Autistic son who is not getting help he needs due to lack of insurance. Our car was reposessed after my husband lost his job as an auto mechanic due to his injuries. NOw he is able to return to work and he has a jiob offer but we have no car to get to work. I have been given a job but again, no car to get to work. My granddaughter needs us due to her parents being very unfit. We really need to finish the 2 unfinished bedrooms off with sheetrock and some kind of flooring so we can move her in with us. Our family is in desperate need.If you can help us with a car or anything please contact me at 610-703-1452.
Buyer of My mobile Home is in Default and not paying me, I need to get money 4 car
Posted by all4Luna on 2011-11-05 19:58:18
It is too much to bear. I sold my home under contract to a black woman who turned out to be lying crack head. She refuses to pay me the 6,700 she owes me. I am so poor I cannot afford to file in court the 147.00 needed to go to small claims. Also the mobile home I purchased has 2 rooms gutted and unfinished. I need the bedrooms to have floors and walls. I have a 21 year old son with autism and get no help at all from county or social work, etc. I'm also trying to make my home suitable and finished so my granddaughter can come live with me. Her parents are neglecting her and I need a suitable room for her to live in. The home I sold was fixed by me and husband. We invested money so we could get a few thousand but we got nothing! We moved into the mobile home we reside in now but since the "buyers" have not paid, we are unable to finance any fixing the house desperately needs. Also, my husbands car dealership mechani's job got axed and he is looking for ful-time work. I was just given a job after neing out of work with uterine/ovarian cancer and heart surgeries for 5 years. We could really use a donated automobile, and the $6,700 that our "buyers" owe us. We can pay back if and when the judge awards it. We have real estate contract proving that they bought and they are clearly in default. We have always been hard-working people. I need a car to get to work now so I can earn custody of my granddaughter from her unfit father. Please call Kim Freeman at 610-703-1452 if you can donate a vehicle that runs well and any money at all.
Please Help Me Relocate My Talented & Gifted Kids to a Safer Place
Posted by Momskids8577 on 2011-10-11 13:58:25
I am a single mother of two talented and gifted children and a student of
the ADN (Associate Degree Nursing) Program at my local community college. On
Febuary 16th, 2011, my childrens father wipped out our entire savings and
checking account and the contents of our home, then disappeared. There was
absolutely no warning of this. My children and I simply returned home from
school to an almost completely empty house.
My immediate thought was that we were victoms of a burglary. However,
shortly after the police arrived, neighbors reported something even more
disturbing. My childrens father , along with three other men in a huge
company moving truck, spent most of the early morning and mid-afternoon
moving things out of our home. Neighbors said they thought we were just
moving. They suspected no problems. Even though he had taken every household
appliance, all electronics and my childrens cellos, keyboards and computers,
there was nothing the police could do. He was indeed a resident and on the
lease.
I tried contacting him on his cell only to find it disconnected. When I
called his office, I was informed that he had been seperated from the firm
for over a month.
This was awfull and my children and I were in need of answers. To cheer us all up, I decided that we should go out to dinner and
fun. That's when I found out about the accounts.
Although there was no furniture, well, only the childrens bedroom furnitue,
we remained in our home for as long as we could. I started working part time
at a call center at night while continuing my classes in the day.
We soon had to move of course. We were evicted for non payment of rent. I
found a one bedroom appartment that I could afford. This meant moving the
children into another school district.
At the time my daughter was in seventh grade, taking highschool algebra 1,
and highschool english1. Her other classes were all AP 8th grade courses.
She was also in orchestra with her cello. The new district does not allow
7th graders to take highschool class, so she was not able to continue on her
path. Not only did we have to face the challenge of academics, we also had a
severe problem with bullies. Because I had to be at school myself, the
children had to ride the school bus daily. In a horrible neighborhood, they
were beaten often and picked on daily because of how they talked and
dresssed. Telling the school principles and the police only made matters
worse for us and our apartment. The parents live in our aparments and they
are not happy with me calling the authorities on them. I have had widows
borken out in my car, tires cut and the front door of my appartment painted
with ugly words.
I sat out of school this semester in order to escort my children safely to
and from school each day.For now, I work at a call center
m-th 8am-3pm and sat 7am-4pm.
I am trying to move my children to a neighborhood they can be safe in and a
school that is able to meet them at their academic level and they can also
be safe in. If this could happen then I could return to my nursing studies
and the children could return to a safe environment and school.
I pay 400 per month for our one bedroom we are in now. I found some
apartments in a a safer neighborhood with schools that offer orchestra and
college prep courses. ( I have not been able to pay for any private lessons
scince their father left. And their new schools do not offer orchestra. )
The one bedrooms in this particular area are 750/monthly .
I am begging for help to raise enough money to move my children into a
better neighborhood before January so that I may continue in my studies and
they can safely do the same.
I have a 7 year old boy and 13 year old daughter.
I have completed all of my support courses for my nursing. I completed my
first year last year and this summer. So, there is only one more year
nursing school that I have before I graduate. I am pleading with anyone and
everyone to please help me. Any amount will help me reach my goal.
I am asking for help to maintain a 750 per month one bedroom apartment for
12 months. January2012 to January 2013.
Any amount that you can donate will be very helpful.
Thank you for taking the time out to read about my children and I.

Luxury Commune
Posted by JustJane on 2011-09-14 21:58:56
The idea has been brewing for decades. I am not alone. My generation does not have the retirement expected and enjoyed by our parents, despite having been educated and hardworking since our teens. Tried to save, careful with earnings, and at 50, little to show for it. The rat race has run it's course. The urban mayhem is tiresome, and we deserve to retire, relax, and enjoy life before we are too old to do so.
As it stands, I like many others are looking at working our whole lives, and I mean our WHOLE lives. It is wrong.
At my current age, both my parents took early retirement , and have been enjoying theor lives comfortably already for decades. This dream is completely out of reach for myself, and most amongst my generation.
Working our whole lives, full time is wrong on many levels. One being that we are only making others rich, as we toil, grow ill, and spend our days in traffic and cubicles, struggling, for what? As long as we are chasing the paycheck, there is no freedom, and no hope for living before we croak.
A commune does not have to be dozens of dirty hippies. I see small communities. Even half a dozen people, or couples in one large home. This home can consist of a shared building with kitchen and living space, and other out buildings containing bedrooms, bathrooms private entrances and porch space. So you have a place with community and privacy as you choose.
Once I had a roomate situation that was much like this. A large house, S shaped. bedrooms were at opposite ends, and I went weeks sometimes without even running into roommates. In the center was the main kitchen and a living room space where we occasionally got together in. Roommates each had their own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room space. There was a common courtyard area, as well as a private outdoor area for every bedroom. We comfortably had 8 people,, sharing rent and utilities. This made the cost of living extremely low , and we each survived happily only working part time.
There was a community garden, those who participated in its upkeep could just help themselves to its bounty, but there was plenty to share and even those without the time to work in it would benefit.
Everyone was responsible for their own food needs, transportation, and their portion of rent and utilities. It was no problem, and we lived this way for a full decade, and could have indefinitely if the house was not sold. I did try unsuccessfully to buy it.
So, I am asking for assistance making such a thing possible again, but this time by owning, not renting, so as not to lose it!
The place does not have to be glamourous, just roomy, on the outskirts of town, and hoping this time for a pool. And I wish to share it with others in the same manner so to afford others like myself to retire, or at least semi-retire, comfortably. The beauty in this is also that you are not alone, not isolated, and yet not crammed in where you have no privacy. There is someone there if the car breaks down, or if your heart gives out!
I think this is a great model for my generation who has worked hard and deserves the retirement that has been stolen from them. We do not want to burden our children.
I see this model serving first in this respect for those of us contemplating the impossibility of retirement, but also I believe it can serve as a model for a new way to live for all. Share. Pool resources. Grow food. We can enjoy all the modern conveniences, and get off the grid too, gradually.
When like minded people come together and cooperate with the same goals in mind, it can happen.
Need the home, need the land. The rest is easy.
Please consider the simplicity, and common sense in my plea, and help me make this possible for myself, and others. It will serve as an example to our children and future generations. Please.
And thank you for reading this far, I know this was long!
Every cent I receive from this post and others I will put toward this plan which I hope to get off the ground ASAP.

If you need help too please read the bottom of this story. I am the mother of four wonderful children. They range in ages four years to ten years old. I used to have a nice home, nice car but now it's all gone. My husband prior to being disabled worked eighty hours per week. I do not want hand outs. I own my land but live in an old, falling apart mobile home. I need a new car and plan to build a home with recycled materials. I just need to be able to afford the equipment rental for the house. I am planning to have green energy, a garden and my family will live completely self sufficient. I do not want to live on welfare. Me and my children are very hard workers and are ready for this project and secure life. The plans are ready and the cost is extremely low. We know it will be a lot of sweat and probably bruised fingers but we are going to build this home ourselves. It will not be large! The bedrooms will only be around 10x10. If you wish to donate cash I will not argue. Though if you can't or don't want to donate. Instead of donating money if you want to help you can sign up as a referral to some of my online companies that I signed for. I also will not feel that I am a charity case. It won't cost you anything but it will pay me and help out more than you can understand. My children would be eternally grateful to have a comfortable home again. If you need money or would just like to discuss living self sufficient feel free to email me through the Paypal email address. Thank you for reading and have a blessed day. To everyone struggling keep trying, where there is a will there is always a way. It will get better. Here is one of the companies I am referring to. They pay $60 per referral. Perhaps if you need financial help this will be of some use to you and me. http://bigcash.zipnadazilch.com/index.php?referral=165451
Donation Invitation to help struggling grandmother save her 3 young grandsons, victims of multiple back-to-back tragedies.
Posted by strugglinggrandmaof3boys on 2011-08-29 16:58:15
I am a 49 year old struggling grandmother of 3 sweet, beautiful boys, ages 5, 7 and 8. I am desperately trying to save and protect my grandsons and ensure their futures. I would not ask help if it were only for me. I am asking for help for them, so that my 3 innocent little grandsons will be safe, secure and have a chance in life. As things stand right now, we will be homeless within the next 2 weeks.
My greatest fear is that when (not if) I do become homeless, which isnât that far off, the state will take my grandsons because we have no place to live, split them up and put them in foster homes. That thought scares the hell out of me. I am all those sweet little boys have. And if they lose each other too, after losing everyone and everything else that they known and loved, I fear their lives will be ruined at the tender ages of 5, 7 and 8.
I suffer from COPD and fibromyalgia and each day I struggle with physical pain. We live near the New Orleans Metro Area in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. We were displaced for a year after Hurricane Katrina, came back, bought a mobile home in Lafitte, Louisiana and tried to rebuild our lives. In 2008, when Hurricanes Gustav and Ike hit us back to back, our home was flooded with more than 4 feet of water; unreachable, except by boat for over 2 weeks.
At that time, my mother, age 75, had been experiencing the beginning stages of Alzheimerâs as well as a series of strokes which affected the memory and impulse control centers of her brain due to a vascular disease which severely decreased the flow of blood to those areas of her brain. During these TIAâs and small strokes/seizures, she behaved erratically and during larger ones she could become paranoid and psychotic. She had to be hospitalized for several of the more severe episodes, as she was becoming a danger to herself and others. The effects of these âepisodesâ lingered for days, sometimes weeks. Afterwards, she had no memory of anything that happened during that time period.
After the storms, we moved in with my mother to help her and because we did, FEMA stopped helping us. And since we could not afford to rebuild again without FEMAâs help, we lost our home. The recent BP oil spill was just another deep blow to our already struggling local economy.
She required 24/7/365 assistance and supervision, which she could not afford. She was eventually diagnosed with vascular disease of the brain and Alzheimerâs. Due to the region of her brain that was affected her disease went unnoticed for several years, until she had a large enough stroke to prompt her to seek medical attention. This diagnosis explained her erratic behavior of the past several years, I have since been homebound, unable to leave mom untended for any length of time and unable to work outside the home due to my motherâs need for the past 3 years.
My mother passed away this past April at the age of 79. She had suffered from Alzheimer's and vascular dementia, suffering several major and minor strokes and seizures over the past 6+ years. On April 9th she suffered a massive stroke, lingering for 9 days before passing on the 18th. God rest her soul, I miss her. I loved my mom very much and did everything I could to help her.
To add to the difficulties already faced by our loss, my youngest daughter, who had been living in Ohio with what turned out to be a conman/ junkie twice her age that saw a vulnerable young woman with 3 children and took advantage of that fact, had been physically, verbally and emotionally abusive to all of them for the past 1 ½ years. 2 weeks before Mom passed, she got in major legal trouble in Ohio and sent my 3 young grandsons to me to raise.
Now, things have turned for the worst... On August 17th we discovered that my eldest daughter took my mother to an attorney and had her write a will leaving everything my mother had to her and excluding me! This abominable act was done 1 month after Hurricane Katrina when ALL of us were distraught and displaced from the storm! My mom was not in her right mind at that time, even though a full diagnosis had not yet been made on her true condition.... Also, in Louisiana, the bar for mental competency is set so low that so long as you are not actively drooling and babbling in front of the judge/attorney/witnesses you are considered competent!! It doesnât matter if you wonât remember doing it five minutes later either.
Now, my greedy, self-serving, ungrateful eldest child has decided that she will evict us so she can try to sell my mother's home, in which I and my grandsons, her nephews still live, so she can pay off mom's debt, which she exaggerates, and her student loans. She is fully aware of our circumstances⦠she just doesnât care. The only transportation I have for my grandsons is the truck my mom gave me before her death, but did not have the money to transfer title on. It is now part of momâs estate and she wants that too.
I called the Clerk in division where probate/ succession on my mom were filed... Clerk said that I need an attorney to file contest to the will⦠herein lies the problem... there is not 1 single legal aid agency in the ENTIRE New Orleans Metro area that can handle a contested will!! There are also no private attorneys that will handle it either, unless there's big money in it for them, which in this case there is not.
Clerk also said she has no idea why I was never notified⦠Judge signed off regardless. There seems to be no justice for the poor in this country... since we can't afford to pay the exorbitant fees of a private attorney, which seems to be a necessity to get anything done in the courts.
I received a 10 day "Notice to Vacate" posted on the door August 24, 2011. My daughter wants immediate possession of the property she manipulated/unduly influenced my mentally ill mother into willing to her barely 1 month after Hurricane Katrina. I don't know where we will go. I will have enough money on September 3rd to pay either 1 month's rent or the deposit, but can't raise both in time I have left. I also have the added expenses of my regular utility bills and new expenses for the transfer of utility services and/or deposits, and transportation. So I need to raise about $2000.00 within the coming 2 week period.
I have tried appealing to my daughterâs sense of decency, but she doesnât seem to have one. Her actions are despicable and deplorable. I am ashamed to be her mother. It breaks my heart and sickens me to know that I brought such a hateful, selfish, greedy, heartless person into this world. I did not raise her to be that way.
I've called every single legal aid agency in my area; including the Bar Assoc. Lawyer referral service... no one will help because there just isn't any money in it for them... sad state this country is in when the poor cannot get justice anywhere.
I've also called churches and other charitable organizations for help... there are so many families in need in the New Orleans metro area that any help is minimal. ALL homeless shelters are full up with waiting lists so long they are no longer taking applications for assistance.
I have applied for Section 8 housing, but there is a HUGE waiting list. The HUD Section 8 waiting list in Louisiana is backlogged 5+ years and has more than 20,000 applicants still waiting for vouchers, many of whom are currently homeless. They are not accepting any new applicants.
I have contacted EVERY charitable and public/community service agency that I can think of for help... none has been forthcoming as of yet..... Is there ANYONE out there with a heart who can and will help us? I have nowhere else to turn.
Iâve spent days seeking legal help... bottom line... none available... so since if my defense is denied and I can't fight the eviction then we are out on the streets with nowhere to go.
My nerves are shot; the house hunt is not going well.
I am hurt by my daughterâs actions and so sickened over all of this mess that I can barely think straight. I cry myself to sleep every night and awake with tears in my eyes and a rock in the pit of my stomach. Yet I dry them and try to be strong and act as if everything is normal for my grandsons who need me now more than ever. I still havenât had time to grieve my motherâs death.
We are now faced with trying to find alternate housing that we can afford on the $840.00 a month income that I receive in Kinship Care for my grandsons. Fat chance in this over-priced rental market. Even a 1 bedroom apartment in âCrack Alleyâ goes for more than my income in this post-Katrina/Gustav/Ike market.
And it's starting to look like me and my grandsons will be homeless very soon... by the end of the 1st week in September.
Their mother is in prison and their deadbeat, psycho father hasn't been seen in almost 2 years, ever since he beat the hell out of his girlfriend, killed their little dog in front of my boys, stole and trashed her car and ended up in a mental hospital wanting to kill himself... my babies have had enough grief and loss in their lives... they need love, help and compassion.... and a decent place to live... soon!
Weâre trying to stay in this area because my boyfriend of 11 years, and my only help, has an elderly, widowed mother who needs his help too. And we are all she has. She cannot take us in because her trailer is very small and there is no room for 5 more people in it.
Work is also scarce and hard to find in the New Orleans metro area due to the huge influx of big out of state companies with their out of state workers getting all of the bigger jobs and contracts and the even larger influx of foreign laborers so severely underbidding the smaller construction jobs, cutting local workers and sub-contractors, like my boyfriend, right out of the job market. Every day he goes out hunting for work taking any job offered.
I have prayed on this so hard and so often since this mess all began. I have put my burden in Jesus' Hands. For He is the only one that can save us. I can only hope that he sends us an Angel to deliver us soon, for without help from someone, somewhere here on earth we are lost. I feel so lost and utterly alone... this truly is my darkest hour.
If there is ANYONE out there who can offer assistance, legal, residential, financial, whatever help you can give... please contact me ASAP. I have exhausted all available resources.
I need at least 2 bedrooms in a safe neighborhood... my total income is $840.00 per month... Right now, I can barely afford toilet paper to wipe our butts with.
We are thankful and grateful for the help we have received from our local churches and the 2nd Harvest Food Bank, as well as some assistance on our utility bill from our local community action organization. That meager help has helped us survive thus far, but our resources are nearly spent. Please have mercy on us and donate whatever you can to help me save my family⦠every little bit helps.
Thank you for listening to my problems and for your consideration of my plight.
May God Bless you tenfold for any help you send us.
Proverbs 3: 3-7
Let not mercy and truth forsakes you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart,
And so find favor and high esteem in the sight of God and man.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

I'm not here to beg. If God deals with you to help us out then you can if not then He has someone else that can. We are leaving in a trailer. I am grateful that we have a place to live but I would like something better. The trailer only has air conditioner in the bedrooms, so we basically live in our bedroom. Our newborn son's things are in there. It's pretty crowded. When I cook I either sweat in the summer or freeze in the winter. It's not difficult I just want something better for Samuel so when he starts crawling he doesn't have to do it in a 12 by 12 room. Thanks for giving and for reading by post. God bless you. If you want to check out my devotional site you're welcomed to at inHimilive.com. It will show you I'm real.
I have black mould
Posted by Cariad on 2011-06-18 14:58:45
I have black mould in my bedrooms. There is no cavity and it is one layer of brick and render. The render is cracked and is letting in water. This has created black mould on the walls. All I can do is scrub the walls with bleach. I can not afford to do any more.
It is making me suffer as I have yet another chest infection. I also have a 9 month baby in my room and I am scared for his health. I need to raise funds to get the render redone and then the damp and mould will stay away. Please help if you can.
Thank you Thank you Thank you so much. I just want my children to be safe.

Help Me Purchase A Foreclosed Home.....
Posted by ksuave007 on 2011-06-15 00:58:56
Hello,
I have been out of a full time job for the last 2 1/2 yrs living at home with my dad which has been a total wreck. I moved in with him after I lost my job working for Pepsi back in June of 2008. I did end up going back to school for computer networking & I am currently A+ certified as a computer technician. I have managed to get short term contracts to pay the small bills that I have but nothing has come through that will allow me to get my own place. Living in his place has been a total disaster...he suffers from a crack cocaine addiction so that means he is constantly going through mood changes that I suffer from, he is constantly begging, I don't have much privacy & he is all around rude. I don't leave out of my room unless im eating, going to the bathroom, or leaving out of the front door. I have 2 sons's 15yrs old and 6yrs old and I don't want my kids here because I stay confined to my room & don't want my kids to feel confined. I often come home to the smell of crack being smoked throughout the house & it makes my stomach turn. I would like to purchase a foreclosed home for me & my kids that I can call my own. Everything here that I speak of can be confirmed.... I am asking everyone who reads this & cares or who can even relate to this situation please donate what you can. Even if I can't buy a home from the donations recieved I will get my own place and pay the rent up for at least a year & will have a nest egg to keep me going until I find another job. This is not for paying of credit cards, to make a million bucks, or for that luxuary vacation....This is to put me in my own home and for me to have a piece of mind. Please donate $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 or whatever you can.
I am trying to raise approximatley $50,000 this is lower and more reasonable for ths who are interested in helping me. The picture listed is not the picture of the property. If you are a business and you donate I will promote your business and if your on ebay I will promote your auction.
