My family and I put our trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, when
tribulations and trials come I know God uses others to Bless those less
fortunate, but I just feel like..............
I CAN'T go on by myself anymore!!!!!... I feel like there is a lot on
me. My husband wanted to take his life, but I was able to encourage him
not to give up! My husband was let go on a job he loved, right before
his 90 day evaluation on April 3rd. It
took him 3.5 years to get a job, since both of our job losses in 2008.
I was a store manager at Sears and my husband was a warehouse manager
at Sears, we both made good money together, until our store closed. My
husband finally gets a real job, only to be let go from it for no
reason. My husband worked at temp places, but nothing permanent ever
happened. We thought since my husband was Blessed with this job in Jan
2012 that this would be the job, but it did not last(I still say it was
a Blessing whether it lasted or not.'..The Lord giveth and the Lord
taketh away)... we can't pay bills, get toiletries/necessities, things
for our girls, etc...The Lord must have something else in store for my
family:
Have been Blessed to get expedited food stamps, so now we can
eat...Praise God....Have three girls that have been through alot
their house taken in 2010 and had to move to a bad area, but Blessed to
have a home.
My husband said he did everything right...just don't understand? Girls
have no church clothes,
shoes, or enough underclothes, neither do I, but
I don't care about me...we were trying to get stuff for them gradually.
I'm hurt right now been praying and praying and asking for God's high
favor for my family. My husband is trying hard to find a job. God's
high favor will get us a financial Blessing, as well as a spiritual
one, and right now our spirits are broken. I would love to thank you
for all your kindness and giving. My family and I are also cheerful
givers, so I know the high that you feel when you know you have done
something special for someone, it is a great feeling, so I want to
thank you for being in the cheerful givers club....it is an awesome
place to be! If you do not have it in your heart to Bless my family at
all, I still thank you for being a giver, we need more true givers in
this world...Praise God he gave my family and I a giving spirit. If you
would like to be a Blessing to us, I will let the amount be between you

I have tried and tried I no longer know what to do. I received sun burns on both arms and had tried to protect us. I am going through major heat stroke and trying to care for my family. Please help! This is a broken down list of what I need help with.

I have 8 children all together and can admit that with pride.

I would have been out pan handling today but with heat stroke they want me to stay home and rest.

Our problems began in 2010. My husband was injured on the job that he was doing although he has severe health issues. After getting injured he was later fired. At this time he is pursuing disability and we have workers comp suit in place. In the mean time we are currently living day by day. I work part time and have been trying so hard to get a full time position. My daughter in a freshman in college and my son a freshman in high school. My daughter made an adult decision and got pregnant. She is an awesome girl and abortion isn't an option for her. We are doing everything we can to add room to our home. We had an unfinished bonus room that we would like to complete for the baby since her room is only a 10 by 10. We are very simple people with a real need. We just want to get caught up or ahead somewhat on our bills. What makes this different is we would like to pay it back to anyone who is willing to give us a break. The disability takes time as does the workers comp suit. We are hard working people who only want what is best for our family. We are looking at around 3 to $5,000. As I said If the lender is someone local I can work for it also. I can clean or cook. We will take anything that is offered. We just need a little help. Thanks so much for reading.

I'm a single mom to an AWESOME 2 year old son. I am struggling greatly with trying to keep our home. The payments have gone up by $200 dollars this year. I only my $1200 a month with an $800 house payment and a $300 car payment I can't live off $100. I am a 36 year old single mother of two awesome teenagers and I'm trying to fulfill a life long dream by going back to school.

For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be an archaeologist and history professor as well as wanting to move to Norway since first reading the Prose Edda at the age of 11. Unfortunately those dreams got put on hold when I had my first child at the age of 19 and my second at 21. My children are now 15 and 17 and about to go off to university and begin their own lives and so it is time for me to revisit my dreams. This is going to consist of 3 steps each of wish I need help funding as I do not qualify for student loans/grants and cannot afford to quit my job to be elligible.

As the first step in this process I have been accepted to the University of Leicester to begin work on my BA in Ancient History and Classical Archaeology and am scheduled to begin classes on June 4th 2012 via distance education. In total the 3 year course will cost £10,350 with £1150 installments due every January, May and September 1st. Along with this one module requires me to go to England in year 2 for field school at Borrough Hill as well as a second trip over in year 3 for lab work. There is also an option to make a third trip for the graduation ceremony if funding allows. Each of these trips will cost roughly $2500 - $3000.

The second step in this plan is to complete a Master's degree in Nordic Viking and Medievil Studies at the University of Oslo in Norway. At this time UiO does not have tuition fees however they do require that international students have NOK 80,000 (roughly $13,500) per year of study. And Norwegian law prevents international students outside the EU from working while persuing their studies.

Finally the third step in the process much like the second involves doing further studies at UiO in the form of persuing a PhD in a topic related to Viking Metallurgy.

I have already taken steps to start covering costs on my own by working as much overtime as I can get (though this option is going to be limited once school starts as I will need to focus on school work) as well as moving from the house I was renting to a smaller, cheaper apartment with a roomate to cut costs. Unfortunately these measures alone aren't going to be enough to get me there. Any help you could give would be very much appreciated.

Im searching for anyone who can help my disabled brother Doug Ramos who has been homeless for a year now. He's sold about everything he owned except for his van that he lives in, so he has nothing else to work with to get money to help himself. Im very saddened & stressed out over his situation & I can only do so much because I dont have any income, since Im disabled myself & am waiting on an approval for my SSI & Disability case. So I just came across this website & posted this to hopefully get him some help with money or shelter. My family has done all we can and unfortunetely my dad is still having to work 7 days a week because he cant afford to retire and he doesnt even have enough $ to pay all his bills, so he cant help Doug except for paying for his cell phone & my mom is totally crazy & Doug just finally broke all ties with her which is a blessing. If & when I get my SSI & Disability then I can help my brother more but in the mean time he needs all the help he can get. He bounced out of the back of a moving truck going 85 mph and he received a settlement, since he was badly injured mentally & physically. However, sadly it was stolen from him. I was one of the few employees laid off in a state that somehow survived the recession largely intact, but my position didn't thanks to a governor who rejected parts of the stimulus package. After a struggle for searching for work at home, I set out, with the meager earnings I was able to produce through freelance writing, at a whopping two cents a word, camping along the way, to apply to every open position I could find across this country. 23 months later, I'm still searching. I'm not bilingual, and I don't have a degree. What I do have is experience, an amazing way to deal with people face to face and a ridiculous work ethic, but apparently those aren't the traits looked for in this job market, merely the person who was committed enough to spend four years on a campus.

The math, well, that and the awesome algorithms behind gmail tell me I've applied to 3,150 jobs in over a dozen states. Maybe a hundred interviews from the whole lot. And according to the IRS paperwork I sent in recently, my income last year was a far cry from the most recent classification of the poverty line.

Anything helps, and would be forever appreciated.

One of these days an application will lead to an interview which will lead to an offer, but until then, what? All I can do is keep plugging away. Sleeping in my car when I can't afford a cheap motel room. Waking up to an aggravated foot and hip thanks to my injuries in a life I feel so far removed from it doesn't even feel like it was real anymore.

And I guess, come across this site from the random google search of a desperate person, trying to find some help in a world that seems to have rejected her.

i have a wonderful testimony to share. i was raped at 13 years of age. my life was turned upside down. i looked above and said to God, "i am going to go through some things in life arn't i?" He said "yes" then i said "and i'm going to help a bunch of people some day?" He said "yes"! i clearly know it was from God! i have gone through some things like He said, and He has been getting me ready to do the help part of my testimony... i was lead to this site in which i hope someone will see my story and want to help me get my teeth to fit my jaw line, due to my jaw being broken several times. i had my mouth wired shut for 8 months/ 5 months/...and some serious surgeries! i can not eat with people, talk confidently [as my teeth actually pop out!] I AM IN PAIN ALL THE TIME BECAUSE THEY SLIDE AROUND!!! it is my calling to share all that i have learned from Jesus through my experiences so others can come to a place of peace beyond all understanding! maybe someone could help me get some kind of screws that would fasten my dentures to my
jaw line/// or a special set of dentures that works with my wavy jaw line? i give my word on everything i say is true! i can set it up that you could talk to people who have known me all my life, and the progress that has been made with the help of the Holy Spirit! it is an awesome testimony! i hope that someone hears from God in their heart to help me/ help others!!! ps, help me: eat normal, talk with confidence, be pain free as opposed to pain constantly...! thank you for this oppurtunity to ask for help! it is my prayer that i will be able to do the same for someone else! much love, robbin.

My family has hit a financial crisis and looking for help. My husband and I have a 4 year old son and he is autistic and recently became diabetic on December 9th 2011. He was in the hospital for 5 days and I ended up missing almost two weeks of work at my temp job to be with him and to learn everything I need to learn to take care of him properly. We were evicted from our apartment due to lack of funds. My temp job also ended in January and we are now living with family. My ultimate dream is to provide David with a house to grow up in.
