I'm a single parent, who fleed from domestic violence- having to quickly store my furniture and children items in florida. I've been making payments up till now, I'm not currently working although I'm deligiantley looking. I have not make my payment of 165.00 per mth for april and may and now june is approaching quickly. Ny belongings are up for auction this 25th of May. I will make june payment if the prior are made or they will not accept it and the late fees will continue and of course i lose everything. I recently moved from Hellonearth, Oklahoma, to FL to help some people with various problems. Where I came from, my former boss begged/borrowed every last dime of my money(income tax refund from working in MS, before i came back to OK for a girl i had fallen in love with- the feeling was mutual, still is..) The ex-boss 'borrowed' my $500 tax refund under the pretense that she had to feed her children, etc, etc. Turns out she spent it on drugs and casinos instead, and has no intentions of paying it back. The girl I love is now stuck in Hellonearth, OK, because I couldnt afford to get her out here, and then tickets sold out and it was too late.. so she is now pretty much homeless & starving, and I need to save her, but everybody's previously seemingly- good plans are failing for various reasons(attempting to ebay up $ to get her here, but ebay is way too slow + i am new seller + people in OK stole most of what I had intended to auction. I travelled via greuhound, paid in advance by who summoned me to Florida. I do not wish the stress / danger of greyhound for the girl I love, so i need to make about $400 A.S.A.P. because we are both heartbroken and I can't feed or protect her from this far away. The hell in which she's stranded is ovverrun by meth, thieves, etc. and i need to get her to the airport, from 74601 to jacksonville, + gas for whoever takes her to the nearest airport, + food.. I estimate about $400 should cover it. If my former boss didnt beg away my tax refund, my love would already be here, safe, eating, sleeping safely.. If you help me get her safe, I will repay it as soon as I can, +interest or something more than you contributed. So please, if you can help, think of it as an investment, unless you donate anonymously, then think of it as good karma, leading to more good things happening to yoh for helping the poor girl get to this little piece of paradise. yes, we aren't rich, but i can feed her, love her, and make her life happy, I love her and don't want to let her down like eveeyone else keeps doing.

We have lived on the Shanandoah mountain for about two years. We found a house cheaper than our three bedroom condo we did have in manassas. Which was a little over a thousand a month. Our three bedroom house now on the mountain is exactly a thousand a mth. Our ultilities aren't rediculous. In febuary my husband lost his job. He made good money. I was just finishing up suceeding CDL endorsment classes. Etc. To become a school bus driver. Which has been the only job for me that's come my way in a year. We absolutely love the schools here. Which my three children are in each this year. Thankfully my husband has qualified for unemployment. The state is helping us with food and medical insurance. We allready surrendered our economical car. Then our only vehicle motor blew up two weeks ago. My husband is great at fixing vehicles. We just don't have the money to do so. He wants to go to an auction because he's not for sure about putting a lot of money into our vehicle. Allthough at the same time. We are behind on our rent. Thankfully we are truely blessed with a patient and very understanding landlord. My husband has been fixing up things that have been going wrong with the house since he's been out of work. He and I both have a good chance at jobs. We just don't have a way to them now. Its mind boggling for the both of us. We only have our cell phones for internet. Fortunately our close friend is letting us use his truck that my husband fixed for him recently to use to get our kids to and from busstop morning and afternoon. This truck though isn't legal. Recently, I quit my job and started up my own eBay business. It had been a dream all my life, to own my own business. I started just a few months ago, and everything was going flawless. I have a great supplier, great products, and great customer service, etc. While we were new on eBay, they had set limits on how much we could sell and Paypal put 21-day holds on all our funds, till the customers received their items. It was just recently, that we turned into eBay Powersellers and received the status of "Top Rated Sellers".

Everything was going just perfect, up until recently. My mother-in-law needs a LOT of teeth work done. So, I decided I would list my cherished Jimi Hendrix poster online, to raise funds for her teeth work, because my business was new and not to the point of affording $5000 teeth work. I put it up for a 10-day auction and everything was going just fine. About halfway thru my auction, it was generating bids and lots of interest!

Then, the bottom fell out..... A gentleman from California was interested in our poster, and stated that he would like to purchase it. He said if we took the listing down, he would send us $3500. We agreed and took it down. He paid us within 10 minutes! We thought we had hit the jackpot. Not only was my business taking off, now I could afford my mother-in-laws teeth work! The very next day, I put his poster in the mail and we went to pay the down payment at the dentist and a few other bills off. Everything was looking good. Later that night, I received an email from Paypal, that the buyer had put a claim in! He stated that it was not as described, even though he had not even received it yet! It was still in route, thru the postal service. He had buyers remorse and Paypal froze my funds up.

No big deal, I am an eBay Powerseller, I should be able to make the funds really fast, right? No. When a customer buys something from us, we use their money they just paid us, to purchase their part and have it shipped to them. If my Paypal account is frozen and in the red for $3000, I am not able to sell anything or ship anything off!

Now, Paypal has paid the customer back and I am just sitting here trying to figure out what to do next. My dream I had started and finally got off the ground, is now ruined. I worked 20 hour days to get this off the ground, and now feel like a failure. I cannot do anything until the money is paid back. I have no way of doing anything.

I quit my job to do this and we are now struggling. It actually makes me sick, knowing I tried so hard to get to the Powerseller level, to have it all ruined because a customer wanted his money back on an item I had a "No Refund Policy" on. Paypal ruled in his favor without even talking to me.

My Paypal balance is a -$2741.79. I really need help getting it back to ZERO. Please consider a donation for a guy that is really trying to do something with his life. I am a 40 year old male and have been a failure all my life and now I have something that is working, and just when my family started noticing, my hopes were all dashed again. Failure surrounds me.

I could really use any help you can give at this time. I am a "Pay It Forward" type of guy myself. If I am helped out of this mess, I will Pay It Forward in the near future, to a charity in the same amount.

My mom got a notice yesterday on her door saying they will auction her house on March 8 if she cant come up with $4000. She has been turned down for all loan modifications up to this point and along with being unemployed she is a couple years shy of SS and out of luck. Every penny has been invested into this home and she has nowhere else to go.

Well, this is embarrassing, but for the sake of my children I am doing it anyway.
I have a problem with bailiffs. My husband left me and also left me with all his unpaid debts as well as three children to support. I lost my job a year ago and have not been able to find another yet, although I have been trying. I am on benefits, but they do not cover the debts or the mortgage payments I need to make. I am trying to sell the house, and the mortgage company are being fairly reasonable, but even so, if I do not sell in time, I will also lose my house. If I can sell, I can pay my debts and move into rented with some money left over. But that's a long shot in the current market.
However, the most urgent problem is the bailiffs. They are demanding immediate payment of £2,020 (approx $3,300 USD) or they will take my possessions to auction to cover the debt. It's a joke, my paltry possessions will not cover the debt, but they will take them anyway. The longer the debt goes unpaid, the more "interest" they are adding to the bill and they refuse to take instalments, saying my husband broke the original agreement with them and now it's too late for that. Unfortunately, they are legally allowed to do this, (since we had an earlier agreement with them and they have what is called a levy on the house contents) as well as intimidate, threaten and even break into my house to collect my stuff. It's a frightening situation. I am afraid to answer the door in my own home and I have had to tell the kids not to either, because they are not above forcing their way in past them. I have tried the police, but they say it's all legal and they cannot help me, even if these men break in (in fact, they will help THEM to do so, because I owe the money) It’s unbelievable, but it's true. I have even asked the help of a solicitor, but he says the same thing, unless the law is changed, there is nothing he can do. No one appears to be trying to find my husband, and I do not have the resources to look.
I hate having to ask, but I am terrified of these men. I can't eat or sleep and I am worried about the effect this is having on the kids.
I hope there is someone (or several people maybe) who can help me out of this mess I have been left with.
