Help!! My husband was scheduled to deploy and did not. During this time he was receiving payment from his regular job and the Army. Long story short, his regular job miscalculated his leave and began taking money back through his current pay. Luckily, he saved some of it. We were repairing household things such as leaky roof, bathroom, etc. we are now in dire straits as his income has been sliced in half and we have depleted our savings. I only need about 500 dollars for our light and gas bill which will be disconnected if I do not pay on the 21st. Please help I have a small child and do not want him to suffer without electricity.

Hello. I lost my job when my daughter with spina bifida got severly burned at her fathers house and she had to go into the hospital. I had to call in less than 2 hours before my shift, and they said if I didnt show up for my shift I would be a no call no show. Im sorry but my daughter comes first. That was 2 months ago. I have been viligently looking for a job since, and finally found one. It is to start on may 21st. To answer eveyones first question, I have pawned my tv and wii to get gad money to look for jobs, and to get my daughter back and fourth to drs appointments, and to get myself back and fourth to drs appointments and surgery, as they are 95% sure I have breast cancer. I will know for sure this week. I tried to take out a title loan, but they wont let me due to no income. I am at the point where begging is my only option as I have no family or friends that can help. I have asked the labor workforce and community action, salvation army, ect, and they cant help. I am nit asking for it to be just given, just a loan til I get paid. If anyone can help, even 5 dollars, it would help. Thank you so much.

I don't really know where to start without it sounding somewhat chat show like. I have no family as such none of whom actually talk with me. My grandparents pretty much raised me. My mother and both brothers left at a young age. Dad was an alcoholic due to his own loss and dealing with his own personal issues..a good man betrayed I guess. Either way I ended up living in hostels from the age of 12.. friends floors etc met a guy fell in''love'' or so I thought he was a drinker also I ended up pregnant alone and had a beautiful child who's now 10. I lost my world yet gained my own new world like we all do. Its been tough. Anyway I've had severe eating disorders from being a child which has been undealt with I need help' I'm in severe debts I'm struggling like crazy and my whole world is collapsing. I have noone. We are getting evicted in june we have food parcels kindly offered to us by the salvation army but we can't have anymore they've stopped all of our benefits which is going to an appeal also at the end of june. I can't get any kind of loan. And I cannot work due to mental health and very bad scholiosis. My son has been my rock throughout all of this I'm not a parasite on the community nor do I wish to be one I just need someone to offer me the opportunity to start laying down some kind of solid foundation to help become the person we all deserve to be. I need help to keep me from going bankrupt. I am unable to acquire a job because of injuries I sustained during my deployment to Afghanistan. The army is going to pay me, but that takes a lot of time and paperwork and I am looking at six months before I begin receiving checks. I tried to do college online but had to quit because I can no longer retain new information as a result of my brain injury. I'm married with three children and often find myself running short on groceries at the end of the month. I have let go of all bills that I could (cable, internet, cell phone, etc) but I am still falling short. Any help would be greatly appreciated by myself and my family. I would use contributions to purchase clothing and food, as well as make minimum payments on monthly bills. Once I begin receiving disability I will immediately stop accepting donations, and as soon as I can afford to, I promise to donate at least what I have received in donations back to this website. Again I thank you for taking the time to read this and for having the heart to consider helping a complete stranger.

my name is charity ivy and ive never done anything like this but basically i am 27 with two very active kids. one is 6 (my daughter) the other is 2 (my son). my husband left for germany to be to be stationed out there for 4 yrs and basically said he wasnt ready to be a father and he joined the army to see the world so take care n bu bye now.he does send help at the begining of the month but for some reason problems and trouble gravitate towards me. i end up having to pay people back that i borrowed money from or my parents need it to help them,which by the way i dont mind but i am 27 yrs old living at home with my parents.i recentl;y purchased a vehichle and its giving me more trouble than the help i thought it would give. i havent been able to register or get insurance on it because everytime i turn around i need to fix something on it. ive been pulled over numerous time and havent been able to pay the tickets so my fear of going to jail is very high and mainly because im all they have. my parents tho i know they mean well have become over controlling in every aspect of my life and make it impossible for me to take care of my kids the way i kno i can. basically i need help getting my car to run help with the tickets i have and help finding a home that will allow me to be the mom i wish to be. please can anyone help me

I am in desperate need of help at the moment. I have an eviction coming up and if I don't come up with $793 by next week, I'll be forced to move out with my 4 year old son and live in a homeless shelter for women and their children. I have no family up here. All my family is down south and their facing problems as well. All I have is my car and if I don't come up with the money, I'll be forced to either live in my car or in the shelter from time to time. My unemployment is currently in the works. I'll be receiving 150 every week, but that isn't enough to have the full amount of 700 by next week. Time is running out. A little help would be greatly appreciated. We've tried the Salvation Army and they just told us that they wont have anymore money until next month (June). I've also been to churches, but to no avail :-( Please find it in your heart to help us out. This is my last resort. Thank you for your consideration and time.

I have been having trouble finding a job becauase I think my clothing is old and employers think I am messy, but I'm not! I'm just really poor. I don't need Gucci just walmart or salvation army quality clothes would do. If you can send me clothes or donate anything I would greatly appreciate it. It would really make my miserable life easier.

I am a mother of 2 boys currently going through the divorce process with my Soon to be ex husband who is serving in the US ARMY the rules they have in place for a soldier to support their families once seperated is absoulute ridiculous. Long story short I was only granted 601.00 a month by "military regulations" that my spouse would have to pay me. He almost makes 2000.00 a month for housing allowance alone and needless to say I am struggling. I googled this site primarily to find government assistance but came across this site. I know a lot of you reading this would say "why wouldn't you get a job" but the truth is while following my husband across the country I have not been able to work for the past years so every interview I have that is a one of the concerns that comes up by the person interviewing me. I have taken some college courses online but now that I am not dependent on my military spouse I'm completely dried out from any educational benefits I had looked forward to receiving. I know one day in the future I will be fine but right now I am struggling like never before.

Im a soldier In the US Army and I am facing jail time up to five years because of my anger issues and being in the wrong place at the wrong time.. I am only 24 and my life is about to be ruined if I don't come up with $5000 in less than a month.. I was at a bar and tried to break up a fight and I got grabbed by a police officer and did not look before I hit him.. I now face felony charges and I need to pay a lawyer who says he can keep me out of prison sentence if I can pay him $5000 by may 4th.. I am young and do not want this to ruin my marriage and and my life my wife is not working and I support us both on the little money I make in the army.. Hello! Here's my story...

A few years ago, right after I returned from Iraq and got out of the Army, my wife filed for divorce and took our daughter to another State. I was left with the house and steadily increasing credit card debt as I tried to pay my bills and keep up with child support and alimony. Finally I couldn't do it anymore, and had to declare Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The bank forclosed on my home and the court assigned me a monthly bankruptcy payment. I've been able to stop the massive slide into deeper debt thanks to the bankruptcy, but am still barely keeping my head above water. Every month is still a struggle to make ends meet. I basically get two chances to see my daughter per year, one month in the summer and once at Christmas. Last Christmas I couldn't even afford a plane ticket to see my little girl, which really hurt, and I have no idea how I'm going to come up with the money to see her this summer.

Hey everyone,This is my first time doing this,but I had push aside my pride to seek help.I am a 22 year old female part-time student,and was a full time worker.I currently am seeking help for my utility bills because I lost my job due to my circumstances with an ex boyfriend.He abused me physically and kept showing up to my job,so yeah I was terminated for that and missing days of work due to bruises.Now he's long gone and Im stuff with bills and rent,that I have idea how I will pay.I know if something don't come through for me I will end of at a local Salvation Army and Im not saying that would be a bad thing but It would make my life kinda more difficult than what it already is.I am hoping someone will read my letter and is able to spare atleast 10 or 20 dollars,honestly any amount will be appreciated.Here are my bills listed,I do have 240$ in savings accoun, but not enough to help me through this stressful situation.Rent:400,Water:95,Lights:130,and Gas:99(The gas I can go without since its getting pretty warm.

My wife cheated on me while I was in Iraq on my last deployment, took all my money I made over there and left me with nothing. Additionally, I had a pretty bad accident after I got out of the Army and Tricare refused to cover the bill even though it was a Perk for extending my deployment. Im going to college full time right now and can't start at my new side job until June 10th 2012. The disability compensation from the VA for injuries from Iraq will take another 8 months to kick in, and the money of the VA GI Bill which myself and practically all other veterans are supposed to recieve is delayed, again thanks to the VA.

I'm asking for just a few dollars that hopefully accumulate, to pay my Emergency Room bills, my credit card and keep me surviving until I start my new job and the VA finally gets its act together.

I just got out of the US Army July 2011 and have returned to school to continue my education. I haven't seen my son since may of 2010. He lives in the philippines with his mother. Currently all my funds go towards school and taking care of my son. I have ten days off for spring break and need 1500 dollars to buy a plane ticket to visit my son. Thanks

My husband and I have 2 children. We live in NC. He is an MP in the Army Reserves and he is currently trying to go active and while waiting on his paperwork we are actively looking for jobs, mostly dead end, but we are trying to keep our head up. We are in need of $370.00 for rent. If we could at least pay our rent, I would feel better. We just cannot lose the roof we have over our heads. i am a veteran and its hard for me to get a job right now.I'm having trouble paying my vehicle off because I don't make enough for unemployment.i just need a jump start before i start back working.It would be a blessing to have this vehicle paid off in full. I owe $19,000 on it. yes thats right it was suppose to be finance for 5 years but i got chaptered out the u.s. army.Guys I'm just asking for 20,000 to pay off this vehicle and to get clothes and things i need. My name is jeffrey I am 27, served in the u.s. army infantry and completed one tour to Afghanistan. I have a four year old son and rarely get the chance to see him and have always paid my 800 a month child support. Never been late on bills nor have I ever accumulated any type of debt. I have always been there for friends and family when they hit financial tough spots. I still contribute as much as I can to help my mother out while my father is in prison. My finance has always been there to help us get by. But that is all I have been doing for a long time... Getting by. I know this is like taking a shot at the moon but I am hear to ask if anybody would help donate any funds so I can enjoy a vacation, do something special for my girl and I. One day I hope to pay it forward to somebody that deserves it :) Thank you for your time.

I recently met the woman of my dreams, accidentally...I wanted a penpal, so that I could practice my Russian (I studied it while in the army) and ended up meeting a wonderful woman. She has no interest in leaving Russia, aside from visiting occasionally (on business - she's an air stewardess) so that means I'm going there. I still don't have my degree, but would like to get my certification to teach English as a second language, but there is no institution in the US, which gives certification in TESEL or a CELTA and is covered by the G.I. Bill.

I have 24,000 of student debt already, and can barely make ends meet. I'm able to save approximately $100 a month, and I'll need about $3,000 in total for the certification. I sold pretty much everything that I don't need (electronics, games, etc...) and came up with about $1100...So that leaves $1,900 still. Any help would be amazing, I love this woman with all of my heart.

I am a homeless, honorably discharged, US Army veteran, looking for help replacing a lower back molar tooth that had to be removed due to multiple cusp fractures. A dental implant appears to be the best long term option to restore my chewing ability on this side of the mouth. This procedure is pretty expensive, possibly running in the thousands of dollars, and quite frankly, I don't have the money to pay for this. I am hoping somebody can help me get this procedure done.
