So its day two of this begging thing apparently im not good at it cause noone has answered it. I sincerely need someones help. Im not asking for someone else to do without but I could use some serious funds. I owe $630 rent by the 15th or they will start eveiction. I owe $88 for car insurance that has been cancelled as of the 5th. I need $ 28.59 for my past due water bill and my new electric bill is due out any day! It took my dentist about a half hour to numb me up, and 10 minutes to extract 22 teeth. It was the most horrible thing I've ever experienced! This story is about my 13 year old son, Alejandro Jr. I will not be writing about anything that is sad or depressing, but about something that is wonderful and cause to celebrate. I am writing to share that my son has been accepted into the Fork Union Military Academy, located outside of Richmond, Virginia.

Me and my family are excited about this huge opportunity for my son. The road to get there was not easy however, but God answered our prayers. Alejandro Jr. has always been a very active child with an even more active imagination. As a baby, me and my wife would hear him play all night and could never sit still. During his elementary school days, his teachers would always remark how intelligent he was, but could just never sit still or not be a distraction to his class. What could I say, that is the way he was born.

But he went through elementary school on the honor roll each and every year he was there all the way through 6th grade. He was ready to go into middle school. When he entered into the 7th grade, things changed. There was a lot of bad influence and it started to affect my son because he has always been so innocent. His grades suffered, but he still scored in the top 97% of students in the end of the year state testing.

8th grade fared no better. He wasn’t the same anymore. He didn’t go to a good middle school. Lots of gangs and rumor has it drug dealing was going on there as well. His teachers didn’t care about him because he wasn’t doing the work, but he would still score 100 % on his quizzes and tests. His school wasn’t any help either. My son wasn’t being challenged, he knew the material, but he was not going to thrive in that environment, it seems he was getting harassed by his teachers and staff.

We wanted to remove him from that school as we had been fed up with the school district for a while now. We looked to see if there was an environment where he would thrive. After much research, we heard about the Fork Union Military Academy, which is an all boys military school. We took a look and my son loved it. This fits right in with his goal of joining the United States Marine Corps after high school.

We have been blessed that financial aid has covered roughly half of the tuition, but we are still in need of the other half, which is $10,000, which is due in 5 months. I am asking for any generous donation(s) that one may feel the need to contribute too. I am posting this ad for my family who means the world to me. I want so badly to good for them. We are being evicted from our home. and my husband is very ill. I am not saying much to him about these issues, because he has stress induced seizures. We dont have much time before the eviction goes through. We have been blessed with food to eat every day, and by the grace of God our utilities are on for the time being. My husband and i both lost our jobs in aerospace a little over a year ago, and have not been able to work full time since. My two grown sons live with us and do what they can to bring money in but its not enough to take care of all the bills. We have tried everything we can think of. But with little to no resources we are down to end of the rope. We dont have any transportation which makes it even harder. I have set up an online accredited health sciences class, and grant and student loan has paid for it. But with no security i've had to postpone it temporarily. We just need a temporary hand, I see a bright future for us. Anything would help right now, I am very willing to work, im 46 yo, intelligent and very determined. ive worked all my life,and as a polio survivor it hasnt been easy.after 9/11 my company went belly up.I worked there for 15 years.ive been trying to live on half what i made since then.Ive fallen behind in my mortgage and im trying to play catchup.i have my hours back now and could keep it if i could get caught up.My wife is bipolar and has hormone issues.This would kill her.ITs the worse thing in the world to try to be a man and fail.I pray all day but God hasnt answered me yet. I have been in the need for money for a long time now. I have looked and looked for ways to get help, various odds and end jobs, the works, but now I have to resort to the pity and kindness of others to hopefully gain some of the ground that I have had swept out from under me. I am a father with a toddler and a fiancé, and all the medical bills that followed her because she suffers from Crohn’s Disease. (The Story of my wreck…) My fiancé and I lived in North Carolina for two years, life was decent and there was nothing wrong but we just couldn’t get enough money saved up to get married like we wanted. We were OK with that until God blessed us with our first child, we knew life would take more scarifies, and I began looking for better work. Then my prayers were answered with a fantastic job out west, but we had to come to terms with the fact that I would not be able to take my family with me…
I would have to take the job out west, go there, save enough money to move them after I found a house and gotten settled in… Well, all was well for the first month, I just about had enough to finally bring my family with me and live comfortably for the amount of time it would take for my fiancé to find work herself. Then the worst trial I have ever faced hit me… My wonderful management level job outsourced to India, leaving me with a meager severance (enough to cover my bills and help my Fiancé) So now I’m stuck in Washington paying for two rents, a car (I take the public transportations), and all the overflow finances my fiancé cannot cover on her smaller salary. I began to wonder how it could not get any worse, and I was shown how much worse it really could get. My Fiancé was stricken with a terrible Crohn’s flare that put her out of work and in the hospital for two months… They had to give up the house, move in with my parents, and all the while, I am 3000 miles away picking up lousy manual and clerical work to make ends meet as best I can.
I’ve run over my finances over and over again. Now I’m not homeless, nor are my fiancé and son, but I cannot get them here without some extra help. After looking over all I owe and all that I would need to make life livable for them is just around $10,000. Roughly $2000 to ship the rest of our belongings out here to the home I’m currently renting, more or less $4000 to keep the medical bills from going to collections, $1245 to cover the cost of breaking our lease(The house my fiancé was living in) $1200 to make the car payment current(Insurance included), and $1500 to give us some safety room for her recovery until she is able to work again. I am not looking for large amounts of money from people; I just would like to get the sympathy of as many people as I can so that I can see them again… With your help to get me to my goal I can finally pick up the pieces and make my family whole again…
