I really need help, I couldn't sleep tonight. I actually googled , "I am about to get evicted and I need help paying rent" and this website came up so here I am. If this site really works and there is anyone out there willing or able to help I sincerely need you now! My rent including late fee is $725 and as of today I m 21 days late and only have $80. The reason for this is that I work part time and get paid every 2 weeks. While my pay is usually enough to cover this, I did fracture my toe and sprain my ankle 2 weeks ago causing me to miss a week from work. I'm also a freelance designer so I can work from home but I have not received any new projects so no money coming in there.

My wife and I are young we had a child and got married at 21. Our daughter is now three. Things were seemingly going well untill last year when my wife had to have emergency gall bladder surgery and from there things have spirled out of control. My daughter has been in and out of the hospital and doctor with stomach issues and now i tore 4 ligiments in my ankle. We arnt asking to help pay the medical bills those we can probably handle. We are looking for 10000 to replenish our savings so we can get back in the process of buying a home again. We both dont have credit cards and are pretty financially saavy but we are at our wits in. With me in school and an internship and also working and her working and taking care of the little one we are stretched so thin we are using this as a last resort. Hello, Thank you for reading my post for help. My wife and I and our three small daughters (feline) are going to be evicted from our apartment in 4 days. We got behind in rent due to numerous awful things happening.I lost my job due to "economic reasons" according to the company. They closed the entire office down because what I was told is that they didn't want to renew the lease on the building. After that I had hip surgery ( total hip replacement) and am recovering. You see my wife and I were in a bad car accident 3 months after we got married. My hip was broken in 3 places as well as other injuries, and my wife broke her left ankle and her knee caps were crushed by the steering wheel. She is going to have ankle reconstruction surgery very soon, and I am going back to work. I have resumes and applications out and expect an interview from 2 places next week. We have no place to go and are just trying to get caught up and back on our feet. If anyone can help, God bless you and we will pay it forward, you can be sure of that! HI, Last Aug my wife and son were coming home from local county fair and laughing and talking about the things that happened when i was hit by a drunk driver. Had serious injury to my left arm and was just back to work after being unemployed for year and half because my company closed its doors. i was 9 days shy of my 90 days and my work let me go because of missed days of work due to this accident. I cant tell you how hard this has been for my self and family. while on serious pain meds my wife was left to make desions for us and ended up pawning our wedding rings to get money.We have had a black cloud over us since last june since our home was broke in then my son broke his ankle,i was hit by drunk driver, wife fell down stairs in september surgry in november my truck took transimision leak, then recently took another leak in another location then trying to make 75.00 to help pay for the leak i was helping a friend get their snow blower when my truck slide on their ice in their driveway and i was thrown into a tree. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I've never done anything like this before, so I am just going to speak from the heart. I am a 23 year old, gay, white male. I grew up on Disney. I believe that anything is possible, if you believe it to be. I have always tried to be a source of inspiration and strength for my friends. But my life keeps taking very negative turns.

My friends know a lot about the "adventures" I have been through in my life, but not all of it. They know that I have been homeless before, but they all assumed that I was staying at a different friend's house every night. They didn't know that I was sleeping in an abandoned apartment, a bus stop, a laundromat, and even under a bridge at one point. Being homeless is nothing new for me, but I am trying very hard to get back on my feet and take control of my life.

In an attempt to find a relationship and a home, I moved across the country to be (quite literally) a live-in sex slave for a couple whom I met on the internet. It seemed to go well for a short while, but they don't realize that they don't really want a third in their relationship. I have been the target of emotional and mental abuse for the past 6 months.

In November, I had a major operation on my ankle. I broke my ankle in 2006, and last year it began to deteriorate. Because of my ankle, I can't work a regular (read physical) job at this time. I have been searching for something I can do, even though I am not cleared for work yet. I am doing everything I can do, but the people I have been living with have decided I have to leave. I am doing everything I can to get together enough money to get back across half of the country to stay with some friends.

I don't have any money for food. The northern winter is killing me, as my clothes aren't really built for this weather. I still owe for the walking boot, cane, walker, and other equipment that I need for my physical recovery. I have to find a way to get somewhere where I'll be safe.

Everything that I have learned from Disney tells me to push forward and try to stay positive. I have done everything for my friends and family but they can't or won't help me now. I am asking for help, because I need to do whatever I can do to make sure that I will survive this winter. Thank you for your consideration. I appreciate any help I can get.

Recently I lost my job.I need to stay home anyway to be with my wife.
My wife has had a ruff few year. In 2004 she had to have her heart valves replace. They used mechanical ones as they would last a life time. Little did we know they would almost take her life. She has to take the brood thinner warfarin and it does not like your body. She has had to have and ankle fusion. Has had two brain bleeds and a stroke. All this in seven years. Now she has to have her valves replaced again with tissue valves so she can stop using the blood thinner. I've got the rent and electric,its the food and medication that gets me each and every month. would you PLEASE HELP

My husband was hit by a drunk off-duty EMT. He was thrown over 2 lanes of traffic and landed on a sidewalk. His ankle was broken, he fractured his ribs, he damaged 5 disca in his spine and neck, his intestines were twisted and he suffered an acute double-hernia and had to have surgery. He was out of work a while. His settlement was 10,000 dollars and did not even cover our medical bills and bills from lost work. We have an Autistic son who is not getting help he needs due to lack of insurance. Our car was reposessed after my husband lost his job as an auto mechanic due to his injuries. NOw he is able to return to work and he has a jiob offer but we have no car to get to work. I have been given a job but again, no car to get to work. My granddaughter needs us due to her parents being very unfit. We really need to finish the 2 unfinished bedrooms off with sheetrock and some kind of flooring so we can move her in with us. Hello to all the kind-hearted, generous Begslist Donors. I am here asking for help with my family crisis. I have been out of work for just over a year, with many, many unsuccessful applications. I am a single mother of a beautiful son. I am a visual artist with a Fine Arts degree. I hope to pursue post-graduate studies in the near future. I am a hard worker and am determined to find work. 4 weeks ago I broke my ankle and had to have surgery. I am recovering well, though it has been difficult. As a consequence of not working for a year, my financial situation is utterly dire. I am seriously behind in all my amenities bills with disconnection pending notices, and every 2nd week this past year, there is virtually no food in my fridge or pantry, which causes much distress and anxiety for my son and I. My washing machine is dying and I have no means to replace it. We are so worn down by this and my broken ankle was like the last straw! My husband and I just found out that my step children have been molested and there momma abandoned them. We live in Tennessee and they are in Nebraska. We are having financial issues at the time,I fell seven weeks ago and tore all the tissue and ligaments in my ankle and have been unable to work. My husband is trying the best he can. In the begining of oct my brother in law got in a tragic accident we have been paying for all his meds and dr out of pocket,we need to get our children and we need help. We are a couple, aged 37 and 38. It takes a lot for us to ask for help, but if any can be given - no matter how small - if a lot of people give a little, it can add up to a lot ;) - it would be an absolute godsend. In the past I have always tried to help, whether it was picking up someone asking for food and taking them to buy food at the grocery store, helping another couple with children with a house payment, or simply offering them a job (odd job around my home or even with the company I used to work for before I was laid off.) .

We're about to lose our home. I recently recieved a cut off notice for our utilities and in order to keep them on it will cost $181.61 the balance due however is $188.00. This will not matter however, because I don't have the funds to make the house payment coming due on the 12th of October. I am 399.00 short on the payment. The balance we owe on our home is $6,320.00. Once the house is paid off we will be able to pay $180.00 for lot rent instead of $580.00 for lot rent and house payment.. (Of which only $200.00 goes towards the balance if not paid in full - which is .32 more payments at $580.00 a month). If we can just get our home paid off we would be okay - even with child support garnishing 54% of my pay. By law Child Support Enforcement can garnish up to 65% of a payee's pay.

Just to be up front, I do have a job. Unfortunately I only work about 30 hours a week on average at minimum wage. I am very happy for my job, but after child support garnishes $478.00 a month from my paycheck we can barely make the house payment most months. I have filed for a reduction of child support, but they refuse to use my legitmate income, instead using the income I made previously when I was in a position to help others, and did so regularly. My employer has even filed an affidavit with child support enforcement stating they cannot offer me more then 32 hours and that I make minimum wage. I am curretly looking for a second job, or another job that pays better to take the place of the job I now hold. If anyone has any IT professional positions, please let me know as I would love to come work for you, or your company. That would be the best way to help us out.

My boyfriend would love to work, but he is disabled and currently has an application in with Social Security Disability, unfortunately it takes a long time for it to come through, and by the time it does we will have already lost our home. He was disabled 2 years ago last July when he was working on a wireless tower that was 80 foot tall. It collapsed under him and he is very lucky to have survived the fall, however, when he came down he landed on his ankle and the impact caused the joint to turn around backwards and upside down. He has had surgery for this, unfortunately it is still not right. He cannot straighten out his foot to walk. Because of shortening of the tendons on the inside and front of his ankle he is not able to balance or apply weight to the ankle for more then a few moments. And even that short amount of time causes him extreme pain. He tries to help around the house by doing chores such as mowing our small patch of lawn, but even that small chore takes him over 3 days to complete. My employer does not offer medical insurance, so we are without it. It makes it impossible to go to a doctor to help him get the medical assistance needed to 1. fix his ankle completely and 2. pain management. So he perseveres and does as much as he can.

Every day I have to try to get my 1984 Volvo 240 Station Wagon running so I can get to work that day. When I try to pull out onto the highway to go to work it bogs down like it is under water. It takes crossed fingers, prayer and much clutch/gas pedal manipulation for the car to pull out... and even more to get it to the speed limit. It is very scary because there is a blind corner that people speed around regularly and I'm just waiting for the day I get hit trying to pull out. Unfortunately we don't know what is wrong with it and do not have the ability to take it to a mechanic to see if they can do a diagnostic, much less pay to have it repaired. So if anyone is willing to donate their time and possibly parts to get the car up and running safely it would be greatly appreciated. It is the only legal vehicle we have.

I am trying to do odd jobs around town as well as sell jewelry that I make online and at a little shop here in Newport. It is hard because most months no one seems to buy my jewelry and the jobs are far and few between.

What is really sad is I know come the middle of October we will be homeless, my daughter's dog, Kenji and my dog, Nikki will have to go to the animal shelter if I cannot find them homes. I know I would not be able to care for them at all if we have no home in which to live. As it stands now, I haven't been able to buy them dog food for a few months, and the Animal Shelter in Priest River does not have any spare food for them, so they eat what we eat. the good thing is they are fat and very happy and loving dogs.

If you can help at all, even if it is a little bit ($1, $5 or even $10) - if several help out a little it will add up to a lot; it would be greatly appreciated, and once we're back on our feet, of course we fully intend to pay it forward by helping others.

My name is Jeff. I am 41 and currently living in Nashville, TN. I made this page in extreme desperation asking for financial help with my right leg. There is a picture of the ulcer on my right ankle, which is also painfully swollen, as well as pictures of the varicose veins on my blog. I never ask for anyone’s help, ever, but I am now humbled to ask for your help, it’s probably my last bit of hope.

I have varicose veins very badly in my right leg, and its been a 25 year-old problem which has been getting slowly worse over time. I also got a venous stasis ulcer on my right ankle last year from the vein problems. This was a nightmare for me as it took almost a year to heal over leaving a very bad scar.

I need to have Endovenous Laser Treatment (ELT) surgery on my leg very soon or I will probably lose my leg I’m told. I also need to have cosmetic surgery for the horrible scar on my ankle.

I need $7,500 for ELT surgery very soon and I do not have medical insurance. The cost of cosmetic surgery varies but it is estimated to be $5,000 to $10,000. The grand total I am trying to raise is $20,000 to be certain I have enough money to recover from all this and as I may miss some time from work.

I do work FT right now but I simply cannot afford health coverage, I am living by the skin of my teeth currently just barely making rent. Also the state of TN will not let me have TennCare, I’ve tried many times and got told even some people with cancer cannot get TennCare – just crazy.

I had an accident that resulted in a broken ankle and torn ligament. This happenend last March while I was out in the woods.. fell very awkwardly on a slope and fell on my left foot.
I have been on a plaster and crutches for 4 weeks. Now just crutches.. They are awful to handle.. I am pretty much bedridden apart from dinner time... Luckily for me my boyfriend is taking care of me but still not easy to live like this.

I have now run out of paid sick days and I am now on SSP which I cant afford! I have asked for loan and overdrafts and they were declined as I already owe money to the bank...
I even considered to ask my family and/or friends for money but the situation is pretty bad with everyone.
My boyfriend is even in a worst situation than me so cant ask him for help.. although he is giving me all the support he can, money is becoming a problem. I havent been able to complete my housing benefit form as I need to get to the office to show my passport, etc and I cant get there... Even if I get it it wouldnt be much help...

I know it's a long shot but I was wondering if you could help at all or getting anyone else to contribute.. Even a fiver here and there can go a long way... or just even a pound!

My physio said I could go back to normal by mid June... with some luck... That would mean I could get evicted from my flat!

It is not possible for me to get back to work in these conditions, my company is ok about it whcih is good but their premises are not really disable friendly. Also I live in a top floor and have to get downstairs whcih means hopping on one leg. Thta is terribly dangerous.. I have had little accidents doing so..

I am DESPERATELY seeking donations to get my left ANKLE fixed, which is called ANKLE FUSION. I cannot go back to work untill I have this surgery. I was laid off last july, and my ankle has become so bad I have a hard time just walking. I have never felt so helpless in my life and I have never had to ask people for help. My work place opened a BENEFIT account for me last January, but so far they have raised six hundred and twenty dollars, and the surgery will be thirty one thousand. Our family has endured a rough year, and my little brother has had a hard time dealing with all of it. With our mother fighting cancer this winter and suffering a broken ankle this summer, we’ve been through a lot, and I would just like to be able to get my brother a nice present for Christmas to cheer him up. However, as a student, I have little funds.

Mom faces another surgery in December, and may need to have another to fully regain her ability to walk. Therefore, a lot of our money is going toward hospital bills.
