Hello to all. I am writing to request assistance with $100,000 to help me move from an undesirable so-called assisted living group home facility where my overall health is slowly deteriorating. I have no furniture or appliances of my own whatsoever. I prefer a one-bedroom one with all of the basic utilities. This money will help me to pay for moving expenses, the purchase of furniture and cover all my living expenses. I also need to pay for as an out-of-pocket expense true natural alternative holistic healing and maintaining health care, which is not covered by any current traditional government funded health care plan program. This health care is REALLY what I truly need in order for me to get on my way to stop any further health deterioration and even to start reversing what health deterioration that has already occurred.
Unfortunately, the free government health care plan that I'm now under won't help me get maximum optimal vibrant health. At the present time my only source of income is SSI of Social Security, which currently is only $698. Even at the current $698 a month figure I still can't afford to pay for any kind of phone service of my own, mainly because of the too little amount of left over personal spending allowance money that I get each month, which is now would only be $10.
If I continue to live in that undesirable group home, my overall health condition would further deteriorate to eventually where I would be rendered totally unable to do ANYTHING by myself. Whereas I wouldn't be able on my own to prevent it if I don't move out of it into a place of my own where I would have control over my life. I'm now 65 living in the U.S.A. At the present time I don't have any kind of job, for I'm partly somewhat disabled. The Phoenix, Arizona job market doesn't really look all that good right now especially for someone like me.

When I purchased this home back in 2004 after finally getting away from an extremely abusive marriage, all I could see was that the price was right and that I would finally be safe - hundreds of miles away from my now ex-husband. As a single mother of 3 children on a limited income, I saw how I would be able to live completely mortgage and rent free. I didn't however see the major repairs that this house required - nor did I have the money to make such repairs. Over time, of course things got worse - and it brings me up to the point of where I am today.

The roof on this house is so badly deteriorated that it is leaking very badly in the downstairs bathroom, dining room, kitchen and front door areas. It has leaked so badly that now mold has started to form in the bathroom ceiling and the drywall has slowly been falling away on the one wall. The slightest wind and you will find shingles blown off and laying on the ground. The roof is so bad that I am fearful that even the boards underneath the shingles may need to be replaced.

Realize that this is my last resort in trying to come up with the funds required to get this new roof. I have tried applying to government grants for home improvement but unfortunately I do not qualify because 1. my property taxes are not paid up to date (I owe approximately $2000 just in property taxes), and 2. the size of the house is larger than the specified guideline parameters. Nor do I qualify for a loan of any sort as 1. I make a mere $200 a month working and 2. have bad past credit (being a single mom has taken some serious tolls on me - including financially!).

So the goal here is to get a new roof installed - and as soon as possible so that any further damage to the house is avoided. I also worry about the mold forming in the bathroom especially and one day the roof caving in in there. While my children have grown to teenagers now, I still have to worry about their health.

I have uploaded pictures and this story at Chip-In to show you the extent of the damage done especially in the bathroom area - and a view of the shingles as they are right now on the roof. Admittedly I realize that my house also needs some repair on the stucco, windows and such but right now my main concern is the roof. I'm surprised it hasn't caved in on me by now.

I thank everyone in advance for helping me with this. I do not normally like asking for help from anyone but at this point I am finding that I have no other alternative.

Adrian, my wife, had 2 more months to go before giving birth to a wonderful child Rares. However, on the 13th of May 1994 we had a quarrel with one of our neighbors from which contractions appeared and we had to go to hospital.

There, the doctor who had to assist Adrian said she can’t take one more
premature birth. In that time my child stopped from moving and had to
be artificially oxygenated when he was removed from his mother.

What is more, the nurse responsible for keeping the temperature constant in
my baby’s incubator felt a sleep so he was pretty close to being fried.

We have tried everything from movement exercises to alternative medicine but
nothing worked.

We are trying an MRI this summer to find out what happened that night, although we are in a short budget. Any sum of money is a blessing.

My grandpa has been very sick since August--losing weight . . . The doctors were unable to diagnose him, but in October, his kidneies began to fail. He began dialysis straight-away; however, his condition only worsened. He was admitted into the hospital in November, but still he continued to lose weight, due to an extreme loss of appitite. In December, he was given a feeding tube; while in there, the doctors took a sample, and it was concluded that he has stomach cancer. Being that he's already been through chemo-therapy, and it is terrible, he does not want to procede with that option. I cannot not have my grandpa. We don't have the typical grandfather-granddaughter relationship; he's always been so much more: my best friend, my teacher, my mentor, my dad . . . I have done research on alternative medicine, and I have to give it a try. Unfortunately, these medicines are not anywhere close to my price-range. You see, I am a military wife with four children, and we just simply cannot afford it. Yesterday, I went to see if I could get a loan, but the cost is too great for the collateral we could have offer. Like I've implied, I'll do anything; I have to try. Any donation will help, but please help me save my grandpa. I love him with all of my heart, and I just cannot lose him. Please and thank you (in advance).

My life is in a big mess.
