Please help this couple falsely accused of child abuse. They have a website running for their defense, it is chadandmelindachrittonlegalfund.com

Please read the information concerning the false allegations against these poor people and the hopelessness of their situation.

In November my wonderful, pregnant fiancé was suspended from her job as a lecturer and escorted from the building in humiliating fashion. She hadn't done anything to deserve this and after all this time and many, many letters later the college has provided no explanations, allegations, or testimonies to support their accusations.

The college has, however, made numerous unlawful actions since then regarding her status - for example, they have provided a risk assessment to prove they have accommodated her needs whilst pregnant except it's signed by everyone apart from my fiancé who has never seen it before in her life.

The final straw was this morning when her employers paid everyone except my fiancé and now we are left to pay all the bills and the mortgage with my low salary; I simply don't earn enough. Not to mention we are expecting our first child in March and whilst this is supposed to be such a happy time for us, it has been the most stressful. Neither of us can sleep properly and it's affecting my performance at work.

We fully intend to take the college to tribunal but that won't happen until the Summer and that's assuming we can afford to pay for a solicitor to take our case on.
We desperately need money to stay afloat or we will lose everything. Anything you can give, even if it's only one pound, will help. Please let me say a heartfelt thank you if you choose to donate.

Ok here are the basics of my story. I am a hard working mom of 3. Been with the same selfish man for 13 yrs. Hes been unemployed for over a year couldnt even keep up with housework while I work overnights for a greedy corprate owned pharmacy. One day dcf shows up because the kids clothes were dirty. After seeing a messy house ( thanks to guess who ) an investigation is started . I do all that is asked all is well. Same investigator comes back a year later. Police escort sees no reason for kids to be taken but that doesnt matter to dcf. Children get taken anyway. Begged him to take them to my sister (the one person in this world I thought I could trust) Now because her same sex partner has fallen in love with my children and is heart broken over having to give them back my sister has done everything from false anonomys allegations to telling counslers that they are so traumatized by me that even the sound of my voice over the phone makes them wet their beds at night. Lies to me and says she never said anything like that meanwhile I have all copies of every document stating the exact opposite. Her only response is how can you believe them over me Im family
Nobody cares that im border line of having a nervous breakdown over not being with my kids. The only part of the caseplan i havent completed yet is mr. wonderfui finding a job and moving to a place that doest have stinky well water. What i want to do is get a place on my own without mr

Please protect your families they are in with Al Queda. They will beat you to a pulp. I still have not recovered from the bruises and almost broken neck plus back. Please help. They are also using poison, bugs, and biological war fare. They have gotten my ex husband addicted to narcotics. They are tricking him to commit a felony by lying. Please save the world now. They promised my ex $100,000 to do all of this. Stop them now. They are sociopathic communist losers. They said they have proof my ex had sex with them all (an orgy), that he is a slut, and much more. They are putting children with child molesters, child abusers and ect.. by taking them out of their homes on false charges to get Foster care parents money who do not spend a dime on the children. They got my husband into drugs to change him. He made false allegations against me. The criminal Nazi organization promised him $100,000 to do so. He wants more drugs. He tortured me with the Nazis. They want to get money for World War 3 by stealing my parent's house and stuff. They racked up tons of charges on my bank account, destroyed my stuff, stold most of my stuff, beat me up so I now have chronic pain and are torturing me on a daily basis. Some illegal aliens took my children and they work for state agencies. They are trying to sell them as prostitutes and have done a bunch of illegal things. They made false allegations against me. They also made one of my children lie. They want to fund World War 3 by stealing property and by taking advantage of children. They are communist Nazis. They put children with child molesters and are the scum of the earth. I was not arrested due to the fact I did nothing wrong or illegal. They made felony false allegations. Here is a little back ground in the first paragraph. My son has been trying to see his kid but his ex wife will let him see his kids. Even so he still pays his child support as it is not the little kids fault. When he worked at a job before he was paying for his own lawyer for family matters and the job was ok pay but he was on the road a lot. He spent money on lawyers but his ex kept breaking the court orders. He gave his ex the benefit of the doubt and did a 360 degree career change to get a job with better hours with a bit of a pay cut. His ex is trying everything to stop him from seeing kids. Below is the major reason why I am posting this message.

When my son told his ex wife why don’t they go to court mediation to just get everything over with as he now has a job with better hours to see kids his ex made up allegations, her father and mother as well saying that he assaulted 3 of them. It went to court and the 3 people could not get their stories straight. The judge said my sons story seemed more believable but he has no recourse to get any money back as the judge don’t know 100% what happened just she had not reason to doubt my sons story. My sons ex also said he hit his son but this was proven to be false from the beginning by the police and child welfare. She tried to get me in trouble with the police and courts and was found not to be true on 4 occasions. I am just looking for some help to get myself back on track and maybe help him get some things for the children. Thankfully he now has legal aid for the rest of the family court matters.

I need whatever assistance anyone can afford. I want to obtain a cheap reliable used car or the down to buy one, so that I can accept job interviews. I also want help with $, so I can obtain a legal document assistant license, in my area. I want a way to make some money, utilizing the legal research skills I have, while I seek a more permanent source of income. My local area is very economically depressed, which is why I am seeking out of town good paying jobs. I have had to cancel countless interviews, for lack of transportation, which leaves me feeling hopeless.

This downward spiral began, when I was diagnosed with cancer, 10 plus years ago. Instead of being able to gain valuable work experience, I was forced to fight for my life, upon college graduation. The gap on my resume, is not easy to explain away. I have tried to work temporary jobs, and have even worked as a substitute teacher. I would take just any job, but cannot afford to lose life-saving medicine, if my state provided medical benefits were cut, due to a job that would not offer them or the ability to purchase them. I thought subbing would offer me the chance to gain working experience, but I had to stop, due to a custody battle, waged against me, by my vindictive ex and his legal associates. They also waged numerous phony allegations, about me, with various agencies, one of which is the one which oversaw my employment. Despite nothing coming of the allegations, the agency overseeing my employment, sat on the matter/s for years now, which has left me in limbo, with no means to clear my good name, and no income source. This further added to my resume experience gap. It is nothing I can explain to potential employers, either.

The past several years has been difficult with all the medical and legal issues, both mine and my younger child's. My sibling was sent to war around the same time my parent committed suicide. This also cost me financially and mentally. My car was repossessed, destroying my credit rating further. This has hindered my ability to attend interviews, and even bar me from some opportunities, due to poor credit. The icing on the cake- the family court rewarded my ex for quitting a higher paying job. They cut his child support payment in half, for my 6 year old. Recently I had to move into a new place, and now owe money for the deposit. I had to use what little I was trying to save for a car, so I wouldn't end up homeless. My older child was working, too, but was put on bed rest, so we now face another income drop. I hope someone can help with anything, because I just do not know what to do anymore.

I was a happily married man for 10 years with 3 children, 1 day after returning home from work found out the place was empty and everything cleared including the childre, i was heart broken , eventually found out that she had been having an affair with a builder.I managed to struggle through daily life i FOUND A NEW GIRL just over a year ago, who helped me , try to get my life back on track, December 2010 my ex wife found out i was seeing someone else and was happy so decided to go to the police and made up false allegations against me, these were serious allegations and through it i lost my job, car, my new girlfriend, but just about kept up the payments on the house, Now all allegations have beeen thrown out im a free man and want to start rebuilding my life, the last 7 months have been hell, im suffering with severe depression and on medication, tthe ex will not let me have contact with my 3 children, the only way is to go through the courts, i cannot afford all the costs, i still have my other solicitors bill to pay for the divorce, i would be so gratefull if anyone could help me, all i want to do is to be happy again, not depressed, and be a loving father to my children whom i miss so dearly, what annoys me is that i have done nothing wrong in this situation but have been treated like a criminal from her, i dont want my children suffering, i would like to sell our house as well so i can give her her money and get out of my life forever, so please if anyone can help i would be so grateful, especially if i get to see my wonderful children again, thank you for reading, those who donate i will keep you reguarly updated on my situation. all the best Martin

My exwife beat my oldest daughter from her shoulder to her thigh in 1993, I came home from work and found 1 of the bruises, after she confessed I asked her for a divorce and went to bed! When I got up my then 2 girls were gone she took them,had a affair with a policeman, and minister, next thing I knew the same cop charged me with abuse and rape of my then wife, the charges were dismissed eventually! the cop early retired unvoluntarily, the minister fired! The past follows you and those allegations were used by child protection to take my other 2 children away and put up for adoption in 08 I went to therapy or rx my therapist said I was a victim of the system and that I suffer from post tramatic stress! Been rebuilding my life everysince, recently got hurt on the job, my hands and left knee, had 2 surgeries just found out I will need more and additional therapy! Work is fighting paying compensation, hoping I will be forced to move away! They know I am not from here! I've 3.000.00 a month bills and no way to pay them, so please help!
